I voti di Dave Meltzer ai match di Wrestle Kingdom 15
Le due serate della quindicesima edizione edizione di Wrestle Kingdom, l’evento annuale più importante della NJPW, hanno già consegnato ai fan alcuni incontri candidati che si candidano a match dell’anno.
Nell’odierna edizione della Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer ha recensito nel dettaglio tutti i match di Wrestle Kingdom, assegnando ad ognuno la sua personale valutazione in stelle.
Dei 13 match andati in scena nell’arco delle due serate (escludendo i due della Stardom non trasmessi su NJPW World), quattro hanno ottenuto un voto pari o superiore a cinque stelle, numero superiore ai tre dello scorso anno.

Nel riassumere gli altri show settimanali, Meltzer ha anche valutato gli incontri più meritevoli visti secondo lui a Raw, Dynamite e NXT.
Nei due show WWE, il main event titolato di Raw Legends tra il WWE Champion Drew McIntyre e Keith Lee ha ottenuto ⭐⭐⭐1/2, mentre Santos Escobar vs Gran Metalik e Finn Bàlor vs Kyle O’Reilly di NXT New Year’s Evil rispettivamente ⭐⭐⭐3/4 e ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Per quanto riguarda la prima serata di AEW New Year’s Smash, l’opener tra Young Bucks, Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian vs The Acclaimed, Jack Evans & Angelico è stato valutato con ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Il main event tra Kenny Omega e Rey Fenix valevole per l’AEW World Championship ha ottenuto ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, venendo descritto da Meltzer come il miglior match mai svolto finore a Dynamite, superiore a Omega vs Pac e Nick Jackson vs Fenix.
