Paige ha vinto la Divas Battle Royal tenutasi a Raw per il posto di #1 contender al Divas Title, conquistando così un match a Extreme Rules contro l'attuale campionessa Nikki Bella.

Inoltre, Rusev ha annunciato che il match tra lui e John Cena per lo United States Championship che si terrà sempre al PPV sarà un Russian Chain match. Ecco dunque la card aggiornata del PPV:
