(5) In un Fatal 4-way Elimination Tag Team match a cui parteciparono anche Luther Reigns & Mark Jindrak e Booker T & Eddie Guerrero.
(6) In un 4-way Tag Team match a cui parteciparono anche i Mexicools (Psicosis & Super Crazy) e William Regal & Paul Burchill.
(7) Il titolo, appartenente al roster di SmackDown, cominciò a essere difeso anche nel roster della ECW.

(9) Unificarono i titoli con i World Tag Team Titles in un Lumberjack match contro John Morrison & The Miz, andato in scena immediatamente prima di Wrestlemania 25th Anniversary, il 5 aprile 2009. Da quel momento in poi i titoli unificati furono rinominati Unified WWE Tag Team Titles.
(10) In un Triple Threat Tag Team match a cui partecipò anche la Legacy (Ted DiBiase Jr. & Cody Rhodes).
(11) Chris Jericho scelse Big Show come suo nuovo partner per sostituire Edge, che aveva dovuto rendere vacante il suo titolo a causa di un infortunio.

(13) In un Triple Threat Elimination Tag Team match a cui partecipò anche la Straight Edge Society (CM Punk & Luke Gallows).
(14) Il 16 agosto 2010 gli Unified WWE Tag Team Titles, ancora formati dai WWE Tag Team Titles e dai World Tag Team Titles, vennero unificati anche a livello di cinture e tornarono a essere dei titoli di coppia unici chiamati WWE Tag Team Titles, che seguirono il lignaggio dei vecchi WWE Tag Team Titles. Di conseguenza i World Tag Team Titles vennero disattivati.
(15) In un Tag Team Turmoil match a cui parteciparono anche The Usos, Mark Henry & Evan Bourne e Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov.
(16) Wade Barrett tenne i titoli nel Nexus ma decise di toglierli a John Cena costringendo David Otunga a lasciarsi schienare.
(17) In un Fatal 4-way Elimination Tag Team match a cui parteciparono anche The Usos e Mark Henry & Yoshi Tatsu.
(18) Il 1º novembre 2008 la WWE sospese Evan Bourne per 30 giorni a causa della sua prima infrazione del Wellness Program, senza tuttavia togliere i titoli agli Air Boom.

(21) In un Fatal 4-way Tag Team match a cui parteciparono anche The Usos e Los Matadores.
(22) Nonostante furono Big E & Kofi Kingston a vincere i titoli, tutti e tre i componenti del New Day diventarono campioni usando la Freebird Rule.
(23) Vinsero i titoli battendo Big E & Xavier Woods.
(24) In un Fatal 4-way Tag Team match a cui parteciparono anche i Los Matadores e i Lucha Dragons. Applicando nuovamente la Freebird Rule, tutti i componenti del New Day tornarono nuovamente campioni. I titoli divennero esclusivi del roster di Raw in seguito al WWE Draft 2016. Furono successivamente rinominati Raw Tag Team Titles in seguito all’introduzione degli SmackDown Tag Team Titles.
(25) Vinsero i titoli battendo Big E & Kofi Kingston.
(26) In un Fatal 4-way Ladder match sconfiggendo Enzo Amore e Big Cass, Sheamus e Cesaro e Luke Gallows e Karl Anderson.
(27) Braun Strowman, #1 contender ai Raw Tag Team Titles, era stato costretto a scegliere un tag team partner per il match e la sera stessa aveva scelto Nicholas, un ragazzo di dieci anni scelto tra il pubblico.
(28) Battendo Sheamus & Cesaro per i titoli, resi vacanti da Braun Strowman e Nicholas la sera dopo averli vinti, il 9 aprile 2018.
(29) In un 2-on-1 Handicap match contro il solo Seth Rollins poiché Dean Ambrose, in rotta con il proprio tag team partner, non si presentò a difendere i titoli.
(30) In un 3-on-2 Handicap match contro gli Authors of Pain & Drake Maverick, schienando quest’ultimo e vincendo i titoli.
(31) In un Triple Threat Tag Team match a cui parteciparono anche gli Usos.
(32) In un Now or Never match, con la stipulazione che se gli Street Profits non avessero vinto i titoli non avrebbero mai più avuto altre titleshot ai Raw Tag Team Titles.
(33) Durante il WWE Draft 2020 gli SmackDown Tag Team Champions, Kingston e Woods, vennero draftati a Raw, mentre i Raw Tag Team Champions, gli Street Profits, vennero draftati a SmackDown. Per tenere i titoli nei loro rispettivi roster, il dirigente della WWE Adam Pearce fece scambiare i titoli ai due team. Inoltre, Big E non venne draftato a Raw insieme a Kingston e Woods, segnando la prima volta in cui non venne riconosciuto come campione insieme ai suoi compagni di stable.
(34) In un Triple Threat Tag Team Match che comprendeva anche Kevin Owens & Seth Rollins.
