(2) Dopo che Joe sconfisse The Zebra Kid, il 17 mggio 2003 a Londra, in Inghilterra, il ROH Championship cambiò denominazione e divenne il ROH World Championship.

(16) Gresham affrontò Jay Lethal per il Titolo vacante e vinse la vecchia Cintura dell’Original ROH World Title per poi affrontare un match di unificazione con l’ex Campione Bandido. Il regno di Gresham viene considerato a tutti gli effetti a partire dall’11 dicembre 2021.
