CM Punk ha sfidato Jeff Hardy un “loser leaves WWE” match. Jeff ha accettato. Interviene il General Manager Teddy Long ad annunciare che il vincitore del match affronterà The Undertaker a Breaking Point in un Submission match.

CM Punk batte Jeff Hardy in un magnifico cage match. Jeff prende il microfono e saluta i tifosi dicendo che è arrivato il momento d'andare e che ci rivedremo ancora. Jeff poi fa un giro del bordoring salutando tutti e quando è giunto sullo stage viene attaccato nuovamente da CM Punk che lo riporta sul ring,prende il microfono ma viene interrotto dall'arrivo di Undertaker che lo schianta al suolo con una chokeslam.
