Il main event di Bound For Glory ha subito una modifica e vede adesso Ethan Carter III difendere il titolo TNA dall'assalto di Drew Galloway e Matt Hardy in un Triple Threat match. Nell'ultimo episodio di Impact c'è stato un tag team match tra Galloway e Hardy contro EC3 e Tyrus, la cui stipulazione prevedeva che qualora il team face avesse vinto, Hardy sarebbe stato aggiunto all'incontro titolato. Così è stato, e dunque questa è la card finale del PPV di domenica a Concord, North Carolina:
