PWInsider reports that WWE recently signed the son of Mexican legend Dos Caras and the younger brother of Alberto Del Rio - Guillermo Rodriguez. Guillermo is now appearing in WWE developmental as Memo Montenegro. He had been training in Florida with Pablo Marquez preparing for a deal from WWE earlier this year.

While Alberto Del Rio has stated that he wants to leave WWE in a few years and retire, he recently did an interview where he said he would now like to stay for 10 or 15 more years, or as long as WWE will keep him.

Here are some updates on recent WWE developmental signings:

* Danny Burch is former UK wrestler Martin Stone, real name Martin Harris. He's been wrestling in the UK since 2003 and in Germany since 2007. WWE offered him a contract a year ago but his knee was in bad shape so he had major surgery and took a year off. He's about 6 feet tall and 213 lbs. with a good physique.

* Memo Montenegro is the brother of Alberto Del Rio we have written about, real name Guillermo Rodriguez. He never wrestled at any significant level in Mexico but has been training in South Florida with his brother.

* Oliver Grey is 25 year old former UK wrestler known as Joel Redman. He competed in FCW for a few weeks under his real name Joel Pettyfer. He was a tree surgeon in England before signing with WWE and is currently doing a lumberjack gimmick.

* Chase Donovan is 27 year old Drew Donaldson. He was trained at the Slamtech Wrestling school in New England and used to wrestle at Bryce Andrews from 2004 until 2009. He moved to Florida and got away from wrestling to become a bodybuilder.

WWE's website has a new storyline article up on Ricardo Rodriguez, following recent happenings where Ricardo has physically been involved in Alberto Del Rio's feuds. WWE speculates that Ricardo would be able to break away from Del Rio and pursue his own singles career.

For those who don't know, Rodriguez was an independent wrestler on the West Coast before signing with WWE, performing under a mask as Chimaera. He briefly competed in WWE developmental as Chimaera before being put with Alberto Del Rio. There were some rumblings a year ago or so about having Rodriguez wrestle

Alberto ha dichiarato che tra lui e Ricardo c'è un ottimo feeling ma che, ovviamente, non potrà averlo per sempre al suo fianco.Inoltre si è detto sicuro che a Rodriguez piacerebbe fare qualche altra cosa perchè, anche se molta gente non lo sa, è un eccellente wrestler.
Così, quando gli proporranno qualche buon progetto, Ricardo sarà felice di accettarlo e di recidere il cordone ombelicale che li lega.

Però, del resto, Roma non è stata costruita in un giorno e il suo stesso fratello maggiore ha dovuto lavorare ANNI prima di diventare il magnifico atleta che è ora.
Mi prendi per pazza se ti dico che, a mio avviso, il Falls Count Anywhere è stato il miglior match uno contro uno di Del Rio e Cena dopo il Last Man Standing di Vengeance 2011 ?

purtroppo credo che ricardo sia lontanissimo dagli standard wwe per vederlo lottare( a parte un convolgimento in comedy mtach) e nel caso non oso pensare quanto possa durare un suo stint in solitaria... piuttosto che vederlo in altri lidi o fuori dagli schermi meglio che continuino a stare insieme...
il match con cena a raw te lo avevo detto che era stato un ottimo match ...l'unica cosa positiva del raw a 3 ore è che alcuni match ora hanno un minutaggio decente...
spiace che non vogliano far camminare del rio con le proprio gambe ma si sia decisa l'ennesima interferenza per fargli vincere un match che aveva una stipulazione adatta per far fare tutto il lavoro sporco al solo del rio..invece ancora una volta eterno incompiuto.

flair non ho ancora capito se diventerà GM di raw e smackdown ...o solo manager di ziggler...nel primo caso pensa che cosa possono tirarti fuori da heel insieme
