PARTE I: Best of the Best of the Best of 2014

Wrestler of the year: Premio più difficile, nessun wrestler ha segnato l'annata in modo significativo, ero indeciso tra Bryan e Lesnar ma alla fine vado con Sami Zayn, monopolizzatore di NXT che è riuscito a convincere più o meno chiunque di essere un futuro top player.
Tag Team of the year: Wolves, i migliori in un annata abbastanza povera comunque autori di un ottimo finale di anno con il feud a tre con i 3d e gli Hardy.
Match of the year: Daniel Bryan-HHH @ WM XXX perchè si.
Feud of the year: Zayn-Neville a dimostrazione che anche le cose semplici possono risultare grandiose.
Face of the year: Non riesco a ricordare un wrestler che sia riuscito a fare rivoltare i fan contro la WWE e a far cambiare i piani per il main event di WM. Ecco, Daniel Bryan quest'anno c'è riuscito.
Heel of the year: Lesnar, poche apparizioni ma distruttivo.
Rookie of the year: boh
Newcomer of the year: Sting, e che cazzo.
Best female: Charlotte, perchè è riuscita a farmi tornare interesse verso il wrestling femminile facendo i migliori match degli ultimi anni per la categoria in WWE.
Best in-ring performer: Seth Rollins, una garanzia quest'anno.
Best on mic: Paul Heyman e non ci sono cazzi.
Best gimmick: Rockstar Spud, mi fa spanciare.
Most improved wrestler of the year: EC3, non me lo sarei mai aspettato ma è diventato un ottimo wrestler per la TNA.
PPV / iPPV / Special Event of the year: NXT Takeover: R-Evolution e non penso ci sia da discuterne.
Promotion of the year:
Comeback of the year: Lashley, ce ha disputato contro tutti i pronostici un buon regno da campione.
Moment/segment of the year: Bully Ray schianta Dixie su un tavolo, bump impressionante per Dixie ed un momento che volevamo vedere un pò tutti.
Shocking moment of the year: La fine della streak, a cui andrebbe intitolato il premio per i prossimi anni.



PARTE II: Mai dire wrestling 2014 - Tutto quello che non avreste mai e poi mai voluto vedere

Worst wrestler: Big Show perchè ormai ha rotto i coglioni.
Worst tag team: New Age Outlaws, dispiace ma vederli nel 2014 con i titoli di coppia mette tristezza sullo stato della categoria in WWE.
Worst match of the year: Divas Survivor Series Elimination Match @ Survivor Series 2014, un obbrobrio.
Worst main event: Muta-Tajiri vs Storm-Sanada @ BFG 2014 tristezza1.
Worst PPV / iPPV / Special Event: Bound for Glory 2014 tristezza2.
Worst feud: John Cena vs Authority, voglio votarlo semplicemente perchè non ci doveva essere Cena in quel ruolo, anche se si sono salvati con gli ultimi dieci minuti delle Survivor Series.
Worst promotion:
Worst turn: Big Show sempre e comunuqe.
Worst Diva: Alicia Fox, il periodo da pazza è stato qualcosa di orribile.
Overrated wrestler of the year: Roman Reigns perchè c'è gente ache ancora lo considera da main event.
Underrated wrestler of the year: Taryn Terrel, volevo in qualche modo premiarla e la infilo qui, spotmonkey a cui non avrebbe dato credito nessuno ed invece si sta dimostrando una discreta wrestler.
Worst treatment of the year: Cesaro, dopo il push iniziale è stato mandato a merda a caso.
Worst gimmick: Adam Rose con la speranza che scompaia al più presto.
Most disappointing wrestler of the year: Bray Wyatt, le aspettative ad inizio anno da parte mia erano altissime, ecco dopo un anno in cui ha feudato con i migliori non ha ancora dimostrato niente ed il suo personaggio è vuotissimo. Dispiace.
Worst newcomer/rookie: Havok, le aspettative erano altre.
Worst comeback: Bluetista ma non per colpa sua.
"You're Fired" of the year: CM Punk, un gran casino.
MEGALOL moment/segment of the year: La Royal Rumble.

A 10 giorni dalla fine dell'anno mi sa che è arrivato il momento.

PARTE I: Best of the Best of the Best of 2014

Wrestler of the year: Daniel Bryan. La consacrazione di Wrestlemania lo pone più in alto di tutti gli altri.
Tag Team of the year: The Wolves. Non ricordo un loro match che mi abbia annoiato. WWE semplicemente non classificata, gli unici sarebbero gli Usos i cui match però sono tutti uguali nella maggior parte dei casi.
Match of the year: Sami Zayn vs Adrian Neville - NXT Takeover: [R]Evolution. Semplicemente non c'è paragone con tutto il resto. L'unica cosa che gli si avvicina è Daniel Bryan vs Triple H di Wrestlemania XXX, che però non ha minimamente alle spalle la stessa costruzione e atmosfera.
Feud of the year: Sami Zayn vs Adrian Neville, ovvero come costruire una storia di wrestling nel 2014. Due personaggi face, eppure costruiti benissimo in modo da poter essere contrapposti e allo stesso tempo mantenere la loro caratterizzazione, come dimostra anche l'ultima puntata di NXT con Neville. Non erano due personaggi stereotipati, erano loro stessi. Una storia coerente che porta Zayn al titolo nella maniera migliore e lo "consacra" (stiamo parlando del roster di sviluppo, quindi il termine va preso con le pinze). Perfetto.
Face of the year: Dolph Ziggler. Forse Daniel Bryan e Sami Zayn sarebbero scelte migliori. Ma Bryan non c'è stato per metà anno (pur continuando a restare overissimo) e Zayn ha avuto alle spalle una costruzione che fino a due mesi fa Ziggler si è sognato. Lo Show Off è riuscito a essere sulla cresta dell'onda tutto l'anno ottenendo costantemente l'appoggio del pubblico anche in situazioni pessime e voglio dargli un riconoscimento.
Heel of the year: The Authority. Semplicemente quelli contro i quali chiunque poteva essere costruito in modo ottimo. Peccato che questa cosa la si sia sfruttata molto poco e forse solo Bryan e l'ultimo Ziggler sono riusciti nell'intento.
Rookie of the year: Alexa Bliss. Un po' per mancanza di scelta, ma la ragazza è davvero brava e giovanissima. Secondo me ha iniziato da una base di partenza migliore di quella di Charlotte e potrebbe fare strada, vediamo dove arriva.
Newcomer of the year: Finn Bálor, pochi cazzi. Ottimo in ring, ottima presenza, quello che i fan aspettavano e volevano vedere. Se Kevin Owens avesse debuttato un po' prima avrebbe potuto vedersela con lui, ma due show sono troppo pochi per giudicare appieno. Ci attende però un grande 2015 a NXT con tutti gli NXT Five ormai lì.
Best female: Paige. Forse dovrei dire AJ Lee, ma io credo che semplicemente non si sia espressa ai suoi livelli dal suo ritorno post-Wrestlemania. La prima parte dell'anno dell'inglese invece è ottima, peccato sia stata abbandonata a se stessa, ma ha mostrato buone cose anche nella seconda. Se la gestissero meglio avrebbero la regina incontrastata del domani.
Best in-ring performer: Daniel Bryan. Penso ci sia poco da dire in merito.
Best on mic: Dean Ambrose. Riesce a tirare delle perle anche dalle cagate che gli scrivono, basta questo.
Best gimmick: Boh... Damien Mizdow? È una cosa stupidissima, ma lui è stato bravo a interpretarla in modo creativo. Chiunque altro avrebbe stancato dopo dieci secondi, lui invece più o meno se la cava ancora.
Most improved wrestler of the year: Seth Rollins, i miglioramenti al microfono sono qualcosa di incredibile. Se continua a migliorare così è un main eventer già scritto. Menzione d'onore per Charlotte che all'inizio del ring era la ginnasta che faceva la spaccata mentre ora riesce a narrare una storia sul ring in maniera molto efficace come si è visto anche a [R]Evolution.
PPV / iPPV / Special Event of the year: Se consideriamo solo i PPV devo dire Wrestlemania XXX ma per demerito di tutti gli altri PPV. Non c'è un evento in WWE che vada sopra il 7, la TNA non è nemmeno qualificata. Se includiamo NXT la palma va di gran lunga a NXT Takeover: [R]Evolution. No comments needed.
Promotion of the year: WWE.
Comeback of the year: Ultimate Warrior.
Moment/segment of the year: Daniel Bryan conquista il WWE World Heavyweight Title a Wrestlemania XXX.
Shocking moment of the year: Sting debutta sugli schermi WWE a Survivor Series.

Worst wrestler: Mojo Rawley.
Worst tag team: Gold & Stardust. Prendete The Brotherhood, dategli una bella rimescolata, buttate del trucco addosso a Cody Rhodes e avrete il peggior tag team dell'anno. Quanto mi costa scrivere queste parole.
Worst match of the year: Naomi vs Cameron quello col pin al contrario. Mi ha fatto vergognare e chiedere "Cosa minchia sto guardando?". Anche Summer Rae vs Layla con arbitro speciale Fandango se la batte bene.
Worst main event: Royal Rumble match.
Worst PPV / iPPV / Special Event: Bound for Glory.
Worst feud: Stravince Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar. Adam Rose vs The Bunny vince come sticazzi moment of the year. Tra le altre cose minimamente rilevanti vince Bray Wyatt vs Chris Jericho: potenziale 10, resa 0. Complimentoni alla WWE.
Worst promotion: TNA.
Worst turn: Nikki Bella & Brie Bella a pari merito così Sandra è contenta, almeno vincono qualcosa insieme.
Worst Diva: Eva Marie.
Overrated wrestler of the year: ROMAN REIGNS.
Underrated wrestler of the year: Uhm, è tosta. Non Cesaro perché sanno benissimo quanto vale sul ring (il che rende la cosa ancora più agghiacciante). Se il 2014 fosse finito a ottobre avrei detto Dolph Ziggler. Facciamo una cosa, vado con Paige.

PARTE I: Best of the Best 2014

Wrestler of the year: Daniel Bryan. Ero indeciso tra lui, Ambrose e Ziggler. Nessuno ha "dominato" l'annata, i primi mesi Bryan protagonista, per un breve periodo Ambrose attrazione totale, in questi ultimi due mesi Ziggler. Però, nonostante tutto, Bryan spicca. Ah, su Lesnar ci sarebbe un discorso a parte, dominante come pochi ma sfruttato troppo troppo di merda.
Tag Team of the year: Vaudevillians. Fanculo tutti, li adoro. In realtà farei vincere i Wolves, ma per la premessa di inizio post non è giusto votare a cazzo. Nel main roster boh, la divisione tag è desolante. Gli Usos spiccano ed è tutto dire. Si insomma, non so chi cazzo votare, pace.
Match of the year: Sami Zayn vs Adrian Neville - NXT Takeover: [R]Evolution. Anche qui, magari match migliori ne ho visti (nemmeno tanti mi sa, però toh mi viene in mente Cole - Briscoe recentemente) però non mi sembra giusto votare cose che non ho seguito in toto. Zayn - Neville è stato costruito in maniera semplice e lineare, ma efficace, il match in se è molto bello, Zayn è un figo, Neville concreto, ottimo anche il post match. Magari Bryan - HHH è meglio (dovrei rivederlo), però come ci sono arrivati è da martellate sulle palle.
Feud of the year: Sami Zayn. Non solo il finale contro Neville, ma tutta la rincorsa. Da Cesaro, a Kidd, a Neville. Semplice, lineare si ok, ma c'era un'idea chiara e si è andati diritti al punto, scelta vincente. Bravi. Ah, qui doveva esserci Bryan vs. Authority, comunque.
Face of the year: Sami Zayn. Perfetto nel suo ruolo e over come la figa. Dietro Bryan e Ziggler (questo però paga il non aver fatto una sega per tipo tutto l'anno).
Heel of the year: The Authority. Nonostante tutto, e nonostante avessero abbondantemente rotto il cazzo. Però anche qui, in una federazione migliore sarebbe stata sfruttata molto meglio. Aleggia anche qui lo spettro di Lesnar, comunque, altro sfruttato col culo. Ah, ci sarebbe Adam Cole comunque, figo della madonna.
Rookie of the year: Cazzo ne so. Qualcuno aveva votato quel figone di Mandy Leon, bon fanculo le premesse che la figa vince sempre.
Newcomer of the year: Finn Bálor. Se la gioca con Owens che ha però iniziato la sua avventura nxtiana tipo ieri, il fu Devitt però se lo merita tutto, totale in ring, ottima presenza e carisma, poi insieme ad Itami è ancora più figo. Spero in un 2015 ottimo.
Best female: Cazzo ne so, parte II. AJ Lee sottotono, Paige mai davvero sbocciata, Scarlett Bordeaux si è tinta. Boh, non giudico.
Best in-ring performer: Daniel Bryan. Nonostante l'infortunio.
Best on mic: Dean Ambrose. Poco da dire per me, ottimo interprete, ottima impostazione vocale, ma soprattutto la sensazione di non avere un "copione", di non recitare.
Best gimmick: Damien Mizdow perché è un figo. Come al solito, la WWE sfrutta fino all'ultimo quindi è già entrato nella spirale della ripetizione/noia.
Most improved wrestler of the year: Seth Rollins. Magari non è corretto, ma io mica me lo ricordavo così bravo e sciolto al mic, ma nell'extra in generale. In ring ancora non ha fatto vedere molto (in WWE ovviamente), vuoi anche limitato dal personaggio, ma nell'extra è convincente a dir poco. Bravo.
PPV / iPPV / Special Event of the year: NXT Takeover: [R]Evolution. Ottimo show in quasi tutto (qualcosa ho skippato anche li). Dietro WM XXX. Il resto boh, piuttosto triste.
Promotion of the year: Inutile votare.
Moment/segment of the year: Il debutto di Sting in WWE a Survivor Series. Dietro la vittoria di Bryan a WM XXX, che poteva essere ancora più epica.
Shocking moment of the year: La rottura della Streak. Nonostante un feud di merda, un match mediocre (pure per sfiga) e le conseguenze sfruttate molto male per via di un Lesnar bookato col culo, è un evento che si basa sulla natura dello stesso, non può essere altrimenti. Poteva essere molto meglio quello sicuro.


PARTE II: Mai dire wrestling 2014 - Tutto quello che non avreste mai e poi mai voluto vedere

Worst wrestler: Ryback. Inguardabile, incapace e pericoloso per gli altri. Muori male grazie.
Worst tag team: Gold & Stardust. Più che altro perché chi cazzo ne sentiva il bisogno di prendere Cody Rhodes, truccarlo con la merda, fargli fare versi felini a caso e perdere contro i Matadores. Contando che ancora non si è capito che cazzo vogliono. Pessimi i siparietti poi.
Worst match of the year: Solitamente le merde le evito, però in un momento di crisi mistica ho guardato il tanto decantato Naomi vs. Cameron. Non ho ancora capito chi è Naomi e chi è Cameron però.
Worst main event: La Royal Rumble. Da suicidio.
Worst PPV / iPPV / Special Event: TLC. Madonna che brutto. Anche altri meriterebbero. Sulla fiducia anche BFG.
Worst feud: Jericho vs. Wyatt. Brutto nell'extra, senza un senso, mediocre in ring, inutile per Wyatt. Jericho in grossa difficoltà, Wyatt ne è uscito malissimo.
Worst promotion: Inutile votare.
Worst turn: Boh.
Worst Diva: Eva Marie. E anche se migliora la voterò sempre finché non deciderà di darsi al porno.
Overrated wrestler of the year: Roman Reigns. E vabbè, qui il Romano vince facile facile. E se ne parla anche troppo. Paga il non essere considerato per quello che è, perché nello Shield funzionava molto bene.
Underrated wrestler of the year: Rusev. No non lo dico per Lana, solo che poretto mi fa un po' pena. In ring non fa cagare, paga un personaggio davvero del cazzo e l'aver feudato quasi solo con sacchi di merda, ma nel midcard ci sta benissimo secondo me.
Worst treatment of the year: Cesaro. Come distruggere un wrestler in poche e semplici mosse.
Worst gimmick: Boh.
Most disappointing wrestler of the year: Jericho. Spiace, ma è l'ombra di se stesso. Un vuoto.
Worst newcomer/rookie: Boh.
Worst comeback: Batista, ma facile facile.
"You're Fired" of the year: CM Punk. Facile anche qua.

Worst feud: Lesnar-Undertaker. Ma grida vendetta anche Cena-Authority, perchè dovermi rispondere "Perchè Cena è... face" alla domanda "Perchè l'Authority non vuole Cena campione" è da MAH...
Worst promotion: Deludente, la TNA è stata deludente.
Worst turn: Brie Bella.
Worst Diva: Cameron.
