a me sembra solo un promo work atto a far iniziare la faida CMFTR(+altri) vs The Elite in quel di All Out.

Wrestlers in AEW are said to be in “an awkward position” when it comes to speaking out against CM Punk
As seen during the debut edition of AEW Collision on June 17th 2023, CM Punk said he was referred to as “one bill Phil” by Warner Bros. Discovery’s David Zaslov because he is “the one true, genuine article in a business full of counterfeit bucks.”
Wade Keller of PWTorch.com noted that AEW wrestlers are “in an awkward position” when it comes to speaking out against Punk as AEW President Tony Khan is personally a big fan of Punk. Keller wrote that when Punk returned to AEW for the debut of Collision, Khan “stood up backstage in the gorilla position with his headset on and started pumping his fist” while chanting Punk’s name.
Steven Muehlhausen of DAZN.com commented on the details regarding wrestlers being sent home from Collision and tweeted the following…
“The key thing people aren’t saying is everything runs through Tony Khan. HE makes the FINAL CALL on these decisions NOT CM Punk.”
New details regarding what allegedly happened backstage between CM Punk and Ryan Nemeth
As previously noted, AEW wrestler Ryan Nemeth was reportedly sent home from the August 12th 2023 edition of AEW Collision shortly after arriving in Greensboro, NC. It was said that Nemeth’s tweet in June about Punk being “literally the softest man alive” did himself no favors and Punk reportedly believes that Nemeth “showed his willingness to unnecessarily stir the pot” backstage in AEW.
Wade Keller of PWTorch.com was given additional details about a confrontation that Punk allegedly had with Nemeth backstage at the June 21st edition of Dynamite. Keller wrote the following…
“The story conveyed to PWTorch is that Punk cornered Nemeth in the locker room, got inches from his face, and angrily and aggressively asked if they had a problem or if they needed to settle things outside. Punk cited to Nemeth that his comments on Twitter inflamed existing tensions and that the optics of the tweet sent a bad message. This incident was witnessed by numerous wrestlers and was characterized as awkward and weird.”
Punk and Nemeth were said to have talked things out and shook hands but there was apparently still tension between them. It’s believed that Nemeth has “backed off and laid low” because he doesn’t have the leverage and star power that Punk does.
