TNA Impact will be taped for the first time in North Carolina next month, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
Fayetteville, NC (which would be the hometown of Matt and Jeff Hardy) has been mentioned to me as the most likely location, although Charlotte was mentioned as a possibility as well.

There has been talk for some time about taking Impact out of Orlando for some time in order to test how the product would fare in front of different audiences. The Orlando audience has developed something of a reputation for being jaded after so many years of getting a number of free TV tapings and PPVs a month. I don't believe a PPV goes by without a TNA talent openly wondering to me how a match that had trouble getting over in Orlando might have fared in another market before fans that were paying for the product.

The lone episode of Impact taped outside of Orlando was a live special at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas, featuring the debut of the Main Event Mafia. Beyond that, every episode of Impact to date has been filmed in Orlando, dating back to the series debut in May 2004.

I am under the impression the move to NC would be something of a test to see how the tapings would fare outside of Orlando and would be something done in addition to using the Impact Zone, which TNA leases annually from Universal Studios Orlando.

Jesse Neal tramite Twitter mi ha confermato che Christina Von Eerie non è stata ancora firmata dalla TNA, si sta allenando in California in attesa di una chiamata che si spera arriverà il prima possibile, visto che dicevano che era pronta sotto ogni aspetto.

Per Tommy Mercer, è pronto un grande Push in singolo.

Sarita ha prolungato il suo contratto di 2 anni con la TNA.

Scott Steiner ha fatto ritorno in TNA nell'ultima puntata registrata, come parte dei nuovi "They" con Mercer e Angle.
Anche se non è chiaro se sia un ritorno soltanto momentaneo o se effettivamente ha rifirmato un contratto.(e io aggiungerei speriamo proprio di NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!, ne ho abbastanza di sti qua)

E' nei piani il ritorno di una grande stable in TNA: la Main Event Mafia. A quanto pare gli atleti interessati che avrebbero dato già il proprio assenso sono: Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Sting, Booker T, Scott Steiner, Samoa Joe e AJ Styles. Si sta guardando per l'inserimento di altri membri nella stable. La MeM ritornerà come stable babyface in contrapposizione all'Immortal.

Questo ritorno pare che sia stato richiesto dai dirigenti di Spike Tv in quanto la MeM è stata autrice di alcuni tra gli ascolti più alti di Impact!. L'unico problema sembra essere la firma di Kevin Nash, ma pare possa essere rimpiazzato molto facilmente.

Oddio, io vengo.
Molto probabilmente il tutto finirà per l'ennesima volta in una porcata assurda, ma già solo l'idea della reunion mi ha trasformato questa in una stupenda giornata. Che poi il senso ci sarebbe tranquillamente: loro due anni fa han provato a fare la stessa cosa degli Immortal, ma han perso e ad oggi dovrebbero aver imparato la lezione, e ora questa lezione vogliono impartirla alla nuova stable dominante.

Don’t be surprised if the tag teams of the Motor City Machiguns and Generation Me get split up. Current discussions have them moved to the X-Division to improve the division.

There is no official timetable for when the Division would be scrapped or if TNA will phase it out over time in 2011.

Hulk Hogan is recovering from his recent back surgery that in all likely hood, with end his in ring career. Hogan is not expected back in TNA for some time, but remains contractually obligated to stay apart of the promotion. Eric Bischoff has assisted his executive duties.

On a side note, Bischoff and Hogan have accepted pay reductions from their original deals.

Premesso che Steiner sul ring è ancora un signor atleta ed un entertainer con i fiocchi(alla faccia di Sting, Booker T, Nash ma anche di Robbie E ed altri nomi che non capisco cazzo facciano nel roster), a discapito dei 49 anni e premesso che la tua Von Eerie non è chissà quale gran rinforzo(a prescindere gli Ink Inc sono un tag minore ed è giusto che sian trattati come tag minore)...nella X Division non c'è bisogno di splittare 2 tag che già stan bene così solo per rinforzare la divisione, ma c'è bisogno di nomi nuovi.
Prendere Wolfe che è fermo a fare un cazzo e digli "ti diamo 20 minuti, lotta contro Kaz, facci un match da 8", ti diamo il titolo e ti trattiamo quanto meno con una decenza...insomma...ci vuole poco.
Quello che manca alla divisione sono NOMI NUOVI(da andare a prendere nelle indies). Basta i soliti vecchi...Sabin e Shelley son fenomeni, ma la X ormai è il loro passato.
