NXT di nuovo focolaio. Parecchie persone sono risultate positive, lo conferma anche Meltzer su Twitter, aggiungendo che questo condizionerà la puntata di mercoledì.

Nope

Da F4Wonline qualche info in più:
There was an outbreak of COVID-19 resulting in a number of positive tests in NXT coming from the Performance Center.
Full details are unavailable past it does affect this Wednesday's NXT episode. Obviously no names are being disclosed nor has WWE addressed it publicly.
What is known is that on Thursday they were building and moving rings at the building next door to the Performance Center and it was said workers were not wearing masks. One report is that there were people who tested positive that both were and weren't there at the time.
Fightful reported earlier today that it came from something Thursday where proper precautions weren't followed.
The word broke yesterday that there was an outbreak and there were substantial numbers who tested positive. Both people testing positive, and others who had been around them, are in quarantine and would be at least through this week.
It is believed no Raw or SmackDown talent was effected by this outbreak.

Paul was happy that he was able to keep his announcement with AEW a surprise. Said that only two people (himself, and Tony Khan) knew about it.
He parted ways with WWE after they wanted him to sign a 'legends deal', but Paul felt that he still had more he wanted to contribute.
He said that the writing on the wall was about 5 years ago, when he was told by a high-ranking employee at WWE (not Vince) that he would "never main event a WrestleMania, never main another PPV, and would only be used to put over NXT talent because they need to think about the future of the business." He said that there was nothing he could do to change their minds at that point.
"For whatever reason, I always hit a ceiling with WWE." He thought that anytime things seemed to be going well for him, something would happen to undermine that progress.
He said that he had trouble adjusting to the "shark tank" that WWE was. "Political machinations on so many levels."
He recalls making a joke to Vince: "So let me get this right, when I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes and was 500 pounds, I was a world champion. Now I've got a six-pack and I can't even get a f---ing match?"
Paul likens his experiences with that of Kane: "Well this guy's over, and he still stays over no matter what we do to him - well then, let's try to use that to get these other guys over."
"WWE got to a point where they were bringing in so much new talent, so much new talent, that they weren't really building talent like they used to. It was newer is better. Every two weeks, every three weeks, something new."
"That first Andre battle royal, I was supposed to win that. Then, the day of, they're like 'Oh, we're going to go with Cesaro.' I'm like, 'Okay, Cesaro's a great dude, incredible talent, speaks five languages, you know, this is a guy that absolutely I'll get behind.. no problem. And I put him over the best way I could. He slammed me over the top, I shook his hand at the end. That's what you do in this business - you want to make guys. Then I watched Cesaro just wither on the vine, because they didn't do nothing with him. Basically, he was a piece to give a chance for Paul Heyman to be on TV until Brock came back."
"I'm not bitter. That's my main thing I want people to understand. I'm not bitter, but.. I feel a little bit sad that I didn't get to do as much as I could have done for them."
Paul says that it wasn't a matter of winning matches, just that he "wanted to be involved in better stories and tell better stories. I went from not being able to tell stories to turn into 7-foot enhancement talent. That's what I was, because I could work with anybody, I could get anybody over.. sometimes even at the point where I was trying so hard to get other people over it was taking away from what I could do."
Paul says that he was often called upon to be put into the 'enhancement' role because he was the only guy that had the recognition and could give validity to what they were trying to build. "Because they had run through so much talent and.. lack of return - nobody was really over enough or were in a position where they could give."
Jericho brings up the fact that Paul should have been treated as the modern-day Andre (a point that he has brought up multiple times already). Paul interjects with "But I wasn't theirs. I came from WCW."
Paul says that he actually "tried really hard to come to WWE first," but was seemingly rejected because he wasn't trained. He also noted that while with WCW, he received a call from Jim Ross after Halloween Havoc offering him double what he was making to leave and come to WWE, but, "not knowing any better, I said, 'No, I signed a contract here, so when it expires I'll be happy to talk to you."
Calls his signing with AEW a chance for a restart. Especially after his last Raw appearance that was "absolutely horrendous" (referring to a segment where he was 'pie-faced' and pushed down by Randy Orton, before joining other legends on the stage and talked down to and called a has-been).
Paul shares an idea he had to create a "Big Show Burger," (a half-pound burger patty with no added antibiotics or hormones, and delivered anywhere in the US within 36 hours) that he would sell and ship online. He had even reached out to Wolfgang Puck to do an informercial promoting it. When he brought it up to WWE he said that "you would have thought I was some guy that walked in off the street with the numbers that they hit me [with].. to use a brand that I helped build. We're talking 7 figures up front, 18-months later another installment of 7 figures, like 30-something percent of profit."
"I've been playing the Big Show for 20 years, but as far as they're concerned anybody could play the Big Show."
He said he put too much stock and personal feeling into the idea that the WWE is "family." "When it comes down to the nuts and bolts, it's 'family' when it suits them, but when it doesn't suit them, it's business. So, in all actuality, it's just business all the way around. And it's not a negative thing. Look - I know people are probably going to think I'm bitching, and I'm really not - I'm just saying there comes a point in a talent's life where you have to do what's best for yourself mentally."
Paul mentions something he said he's never talked about on-air before. "It was going to be John Cena, The Big Show, and Justin Bieber versus the Wyatts at SummerSlam." "Bieber was on-board, he was excited, he wanted to work out with John and I.. then, one of the people that are making decisions said, 'I just don't see how Justin Bieber's going to relate to our audience.' And it's like, does anyone not see the amount of eyes that Justin Bieber would bring to that match?"
Paul talks about being "super excited" to do color commentary for AEW, while also wrestling when it's called for. Jericho interjects, "That's another thing I said to Tony [Khan]. We can use Paul as an attraction, the way he should be used. You don't have to be wrestling every week." Paul responds, "I shouldn't be on TV every week. I shouldn't have been." Chris continues, "But when you do finally show up to wrestle.." and they both finish the sentence together, "it should mean something."
Paul says it was "brutal" leaving WWE. "Because you do have friends, and you do have family, because you've got people you've spent over 20+ years with. You have relationships, you have people that you look forward to seeing. And then you have to know that, look, I have to leave. There's nothing here for me to do anymore, except go in a direction that I'm ready to go in. I didn't want to be a Sgt. Slaughter."
Paul talks about his experience doing "The Big Show Show." He says that it was nerve-wracking but something he really wanted to try, and was very happy with it. He confirms that "The Big Show Show" was not renewed by Netflix, and cites some unfortunate circumstances around the show and it's timing. He says that WWE was supposed to promote it more, but it was around the same time they were in a panic trying to figure out what to do with WrestleMania. "We had a billboard in Times Square, but Times Square was shut down due to Covid." He says that he's been in talks with a writer about putting together "a different kind of show."
Chris talks about inviting Paul down to an AEW show in Miami (which Paul's wife actually came to), "I told [your wife] if he wants a raise, tell him to come down here and take a picture with me - he'll get a raise the next day." Paul says, "Even if they would have offered more money, it's just a point where there's nothing there for me to do. To sell out would have been to take the money and stay, because I would have been giving up on a lot of passion."
He mentions driving down the road and having "matches in his head" with guys like Darby Allin, Lance Archer, and Kenny Omega. He also mentions even coming up with ideas for new matches with guys he's wrestled in the past, like Cody, Jericho, and Moxley, because "when your creative mind is in the right place, and you're thinking about pro wrestling in a positive way, that's fun to do. But when you're in an environment like I was, it wasn't fun for me to think about wrestling. I didn't want to watch Raw, I didn't want to watch Smackdown."
Paul talks about Vince calling him after it was announced that he signed with AEW. "That was the first time I had spoken to him in 6 months." "There's no animosity, there's no heat there.. [Vince] said 'Congratulations. You're going to do fantastic over there. You're really going to help their company'.. It was a very classy, classy move."
Paul tells stories about spending time with Vince on WWE's trips to the Middle East, which he says was refreshing because he got to spend time with Vince "the guy" rather than Vince "the chairman of the board." "Like, Vince will step on your shoe and say 'Flat tire,' I mean, what are we in 8th grade?" He also talks about Vince short-sheeting his bed, and turning up the heat in his room. "You know, cause I hate being hot. So we're gone all day, we come back that night, I walk into my room - it's hot in the desert and I'm ready for this ice-cold room - and it's 100 degrees. And he walks by, 'Is there something wrong with your heater, pal?'"
Paul tells another story about setting up an air mattress on a flight, because he didn't fit well in the chairs. "I get to sleep about an hour - you start to get that real comfortable sleep, the sleeping bag's over you - you're good. All of a sudden [air leaking sounds].. I look up, 'Something happen to your mattress, pal?' [laughing] Like, he's such a bully."
He says his first conversation with Tony Khan was on the phone, where "we probably talked for about 3 hours, about wrestling and psychology. It was really interesting to talk to someone who was also very knowledgeable and has an incredible database in his brain of everything that's happened. But also understands what I'm saying when I talk psychology and what I think, and what I can contribute. We just had a great time chatting."
Paul says he and Tony talked 3 or 4 times on the phone before he drove up to Jacksonville one Wednesday. "It was real quiet. You guys had taped the week before. Him and I watched Dynamite in the office, ordered out some Morton's, and we did my deal in about 15 minutes. That was it. Terms were fair, everything was good, I was comfortable and secure, we shook hands and that was that."
Paul talks about the scripted nature of promos in WWE. "It used to drive me nuts, in promos in WWE, because I had guy who's 5'8" writing a promo for me, who doesn't understand what it's like to be a giant. And a chairman of the board who thinks I should tell everyone how tall I am and how much I weigh every time. 'I'm seven foot tall, I'm 500'.. like, I know how big I am. I just sound like a dumbass because I have to remind everybody.. And God forbid if it wasn't executed like it was written."
Regarding commentary, Paul says that his favorite of all time was Gordon Solie. He also names Jesse Ventura, Gorilla Monsoon, and Vince McMahon. He talks about being able to use his immense experience to help get the talent over. "A lot of times, when I hear commentating now-a-days, it's all little jokes or excerpts on how funny they are. They think to be entertaining they've got to bash the guy next to them. I don't give a f--- about the commentators. Tell me about the talent in the ring." He also mentions how valuable it will be to help get to know the other talent that he's not familiar with.
On AEW's backstage environment: "Incredible, because it feels like what you want. It's supportive, and the hunger is palpable.. but the hunger is palpable for everyone to succeed, not just themselves."
On AEW talent he'd like to work with, he says that #1 on his list is Darby Allin (although he notes that he'd need to be a heel for that). He also mentions Kenny Omega (who they talk about being able to work any style, but that working someone Paul's size would be something new for him), Adam Page, and Rey Fenix (likens him to Rey Mysterio). He also names some other big guys, like Lance Archer and Brian Cage as guys that could be believably hurt him, and Luchasaurus as someone he'd like to help.
On his favorite matches in WWE: He names his matches with Braun, and says that one of his favorite singles feuds was against Sheamus. He also mentions Lesnar and Cena.

C'è un pezzo che mi colpisce, lo si intuiva ma sentirlo dire da uno come Show che ha dato 20 anni di vita alla compagnia fa un certo effetto.
