Due update importanti, sull'onda lunga dello scandalo Speaking Out e di tutti quelli annessi e connessi che sono venuti fuori successivamente.
Il primo: Paul Robinson e Will Ospreay sono reintegrati in PROGRESS e TNT wrestling qualora vogliano partecipare nuovamente agli show.
Robinson era stato accusato nel 2020 di molestie, mentre Ospreay di fare ostruzionismo in alcune fed verso la wrestler Pollyanna.
Il secondo: è tornato David Starr, con un tweet che riassume le ragioni dietro ai suoi comportamenti tossici e di cosa si è occupato in questi tre anni.

David Starr era il miglior wrestler al mondo nel momento in cui è scoppiato lo Speaking Out e il suo regno in OTT la cosa più interessante della scena indipendente. Avrà tante colpe, ma mi manca molto vederlo negli show, spero davvero che prima o poi torni.

MJF è apparso a sorpresa allo show della Create A Pro Wrestling, federazione in cui ha debuttato, dimostrando ancora una volta che è un heel che non sa di essere face.

Difficile gestire Ospreay in questo contesto, sogno l'upset con Mayfairs
Tornando alla realtà vedo il leader del UE in finale, dall'altra parte il tabellone sembra abbastanza incerto.

Tornando alla realtà vedo il leader del UE in finale, dall'altra parte il tabellone sembra abbastanza incerto.
Un occhio glielo darò, anche se i fasti di qualche anno fa sono lontani e mi sembra scontato che Ospreay vincerà il tutto abbastanza in carrozza.
Spero in una finale con Haskins.

Visto dal vivo lo show della RevPro dell'11esimo anniversario, show della Madonna. Ishii-Jacobs match della serata, stiffoso e intenso, a fine match tutta l'arena era in piedi.
Ospreay-Shingo molto bello, ma era evidente sia che Ospreay fosse stanco dai mille viaggi, sia che si trattenesse per domani.

Su Reddit hanno detto che Ospreay è messo abbastanza male come fisico (si è rifatto male alla spalla contro Tanahashi in America e il pettorale non è messo bene) e sembra che stia tenendo duro per fare Wembley (e il match con Tsuji già annunciato).
Dovrebbe darsi una calmata se le sue condizioni sono così.

Ero andato a recuperare MLW Fury Road per Fatu, ma poi ho recuperato anche il Main Event e ho fatto bene.
-Opener divertente e trash il giusto ma finisce là. Quando controlla Fatu la qualità sale, meno quando guida Ciccio Shane Whitetrash, soprattutto la prima parte diretta da Tarantino che va bene l'idea di colpire i piedi ma basta una volta. Finale di interferenza che non aiuta.
-Main Event bello vero con due super omoni che si picchiano con senso e gusto. Alex Kane si vede che è acerbo ma si vede anche che ci si può lavorare. C'è azione, c'è storia, c'è l'ingresso fico del campione, mi piace.

Three of the world's biggest wrestling promotions are uniting for a greater cause. It was announced Tuesday that NJPW, MLW, and CMLL have formed a strategic alliance that will facilitate a variety of crossover collaborations between the companies, creating a platform for talents to be showcased across the promotions based in Japan, the United States, and Mexico.
Through a press release, MLW CEO Court Bauer thanked NJPW President Takami Ohbari and CMLL boss Salvador Lutteroth Lomeli for sharing his vision for the future of wrestling, while revealing that NJPW star Rocky Romero played a vital role in the partnership coming to life. "We look forward to showcasing the extraordinary athletes from Mexico, Japan, and America for fans worldwide," Bauer added.
Subsequently, "Fightful Select" provided additional details on the alliance, revealing that discussions between the companies began as early as July and that the partnership will officially launch in October. The report also noted that MLW adjusted its roster to align with CMLL, meaning they will no longer utilize any AAA talent due to the two Mexican promotions being in direction competition. This would explain why a talent like Sam Adonis — a regular competitor for AAA – finished up with MLW a few months ago and has since remained away from Bauer's promotion.
Other sources "Fightful" spoke to expect "a steady flow of talent between the three groups" and that MLW is looking to get "a big refresh of lucha talent in 2024" by bringing in several CMLL wrestlers. Similarly, NJPW — which already co-promotes two PPVs with AEW — expects to bring in a lot of American and Mexican talents into its promotion next year.
The report added that Salina De La Renta, who recently returned to MLW from a two-year hiatus, will be a pivotal figure in storylines pitting wrestlers from MLW against CMLL.
