Discreto coinvolgimento nel periodo da accompagnatrice di Ziggler, vittoria del titolo, buona faida con Kailtyn e regno decente finora.
In più c'è un bel promo nel mezzo (la presunta faida con le Total Divas) ed un gran match con Kaitlyn (quello di Payback)

Positivi:

Wrestler of the year: Daniel Bryan. È l'anno in cui è stato lasciato a briglia sciolta, è l'anno in cui ha dimostrato a tutti di che pasta è fatto.
Tag Team of the year: The Brotherhood. L'unico altro concorrente serio al premio era il Team Hell No. Però devo dire la verità sto dalla parte di Cody Rhodes in questo caso, la componente emozionale che ha aggiunto a tutta la storyline è incredibile.
Match of the year: John Cena vs Daniel Bryan @Summerslam. Poco da dire, Bryan doveva fare IL match e ha fatto IL match. E io non sono uno che torna spesso a riguardarsi i match, ma questo un quattro/cinque volte da Summerslam a ora l'avrò visto.
Feud of the year: Daniel Bryan contro il mondo dalla fine del Team Hell No a Summerslam.
Face of the year: Daniel Bryan. Yes.
Heel of the year: Triple H. Nella parte iniziale dell'Authority è riuscito a far ingranare la storyline ottimamente grazie al suo ruolo.
Rookie of the year: -
Newcomer of the year: Sami Zayn. È praticamente l'unica cosa che tiene su NXT attualmente.
Best female: AJ Lee.
Best in-ring performer: CM Punk. Matchoni tutto l'anno.
Best on mic: Eh, qui è difficile. Però premio John Cena che nella seconda parte dell'anno ha tirato fuori dei promo mica da ridere.
Best gimmick: Daniel Bryan.
Most improved wrestler of the year: Big E Langston. Dissento sempre quando qualcuno lo accosta a Ryback, lui la potenza ce l'ha eccome. Da qua a dire che è un fenomeno ovviamente ce ne passa, ma non è assolutamente scomodo né fuori posto nell'attuale midcarding WWE.
PPV/Event of the year: Summerslam. Devo davvero spiegare perché?
Promotion of the year: WWE
Comeback of the year: Goldust. Incredibile.
Moment/segment of the year: Daniel Bryan schiena pulito John Cena.
Shocking moment of the year: CM Punk e l'urna di Undertaker.

Negativi:

Worst wrestler: Ryback. Se proprio dobbiamo definirlo wrestler.
Worst tag team: Ryback & Curtis Axel. È riuscito a farmi schifare Axel per il quale prima "tifavo".
Worst match of the year: Ethan Carter III vs Norv Fernum, Bound for Glory.
Worst main event: Randy Orton vs Big Show. Ma di gran lunga.
Worst PPV/Event: Survivor Series. Uno sfacelo.
Worst feud: The Miz vs Kofi Kingston.
Worst promotion: TNA.
Worst turn: Tutti quelli di The Miz. Al momento non si capisce nemmeno da che parte stia.
Worst Diva: Tamina Snuka. Madonna santa.
Overrated wrestler of the year: Randy Orton.
Underrated wrestler of the year: James Storm.
Worst treatment of the year: James Storm. Non c'è nemmeno bisogno di commentare. Quest'uomo dovrebbe essere campione per millemila giorni in TNA ed è lì a prenderle dai BroMans. Non ce la faccio.
Worst gimmick: Corporate Kane.
Most delusional wrestler of the year: Curtis Axel.
Worst newcomer/rookie: Tyler Breeze e CJ Parker a pari merito. Giuro che non riesco a capire chi dei due mi faccia più schifo. Forse Breeze.
Worst comeback: Kane.
MEGALOL moment/segment of the year: Titus O'Neil che vomita ovunque. Momenti che ti fanno vergognare di essere fan di wrestling.
Delusione dell'anno in generale: Storyline dell'Authority.

Come Saimas, ci aggiungo il Turn of the year che secondo me è stato dimenticato e che per me è quello di Cody Rhodes.

pensavo che come in altri luoghi si facesse il suo nome solo per la durata del regno.

Fosse solo quello. Si è dimostrata un elemento importante per la federazione,realizzando promo interessanti,dando un cazzo di senso a Ziggler e soprattutto ricreando quell'interesse alla categoria femminile che non si aveva da tempo. Tra l'altro non comprendo nemmeno tutte queste critiche al suo regno visto che sta facendo molto bene e tra l'altro ha reso interessante pure quel porcile di Total Divas.

Quello con John Cena lo dimentichiamo? Fino ad arrivare agli ultimi con Dean Ambrose. L'unico con cui ha fallito (non per suoi demeriti) è The Rock.
Quella del weak link che lo ha portato dalla fine del Team Hell No al WWE title match di Summerslam.

va detto, la WWE ha iniziato ad ingranare. tanti tag tutti insieme, non li ricordo da tanto tempo; ed in mezzo a tante robe abbozzate o solo di contorno, c'è diversa roba buona. vince lo Shield (inteso come trio), perché di questo rinnovamento, sono stati il fulcro. i loro 3 vs 3 sono stati quasi un leit-motiv dell'annata, peraltro spesso con qualità. imbattuti per mesi, e detentori di 3 cinture in contemporanea; si sono costruiti uno status da uppercarder (come trio appunto) solido; rendendo le sfide per i titoli tag da contorno scialbo che erano, a vero motivo di interesse, se non proprio piatto forte degli shows; contro il Team Hell No, contro i Rhodes ecc
Rhodes figherrimi. ma meno importanti per le sorti e gli equilibri della divisione, cui molto merito del successo secondo me, si può dare allo Shield.


Match of the year : Daniel Bryan vs John Cena
:c'è molto di autoindulndulgente in questo; per la WWE il moty doveva essere Rock/Cena. Cena/Bryan invece si incastona MOTY nel cuore di noi fan, per il significato che vogliamo dargli. ma in realtà, ha perso storicità dopo la gestione di questa storyline, e finisce con l'essere non dico una parentesi, ma qualcosa di circoscritto alla "storicità" della carriera di Danielson. ottima annata per Punk i vari Undertaker/Punk, Lesnar/Punk, Punk/Jericho sono tutti buoni o molto buoni, ma mancano di qualcosa in ambito MOTY. da citare come "delusione" Punk/Rock. poteva essere e non è stato.
ma soprattuto Punk/Cena di Raw. vero candidato al titolo di MOTY. che non vince solo per questioni di "marginalità"; rispetto alle trame principali dell'annata WWE.
Vince comunque Bryan vs Cena, per hype generato, per resa in ring (che vedo che molti hanno ridimensionato, il che può starci, ma dato anche il mezzo Cena, resta un signor match), per il finale perfetto (rovinato inesorabilmente e senza appello, dodici secondi dopo circa, sia mai) . TNA non pervenuta. da segnalare magari Aries vs Sabin vs Manik, che comunque resta "contorno".


Feud of the year: Bryan vs Authority
così come è autoindulgente "tagliare" la parte che non ci serve, e sforzarsi di vedere la luce, mentre ci voltiamo dalla parte opposta per non vedere la discarica abusiva post Summerslam. d'altra parte è indubbio che Bryan è stato il focus dell'intera annata, dominando l'interesse. che poi sia andata per il momento male, poco cambia.
anche qui Punk/Rock "spiace", ed anche qui c'è da segnare la sconfitta della WWE con Cena/Rock. menzione per Punk/Undertaker e Punk/Lesnar (sorvolando sul proseguio), anche qui, in TNA anche se qualcosa da segnalare ci può pur essere, niente di trascendentale.
