It was reported by Wrestling Inc that Adam Cole’s contract is up in August and he hasn’t signed a new one. Rajah.com has now refuted this report as they have confirmed with multiple sources that Cole signed a new three-year WWE deal last year.

“In an update to a recent headline that indicated that Adam Cole’s contract is set to expire this summer and that he hasn’t come to any agreement with WWE on a new deal with the possibility that he might jump to AEW, this report is actually false. I heard from multiple sources that Cole actually signed a three-year contract with WWE sometime last year.”

There are a lot of rumors going around in regards to the future of EVOLVE and WWE. The two promotions have had a working relationship since 2015.

There have been report of EVOLVE selling everything to WWE, including the tape library, and being done for good, but neither WWE or EVOLVE would confirm the reports to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter when asked.

EVOLVE has had major financial issues, and the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t helped. The canceling of WrestleMania 36 Week in Tampa was described by The Observer as catastrophic to the promotion.

Oltre ad aver eliminato Heyman - che comunque, sinceramente, aveva migliorato Raw rispetto al piattume precedente - piazzando Prichard anche per la gestione dello show rosso, sembra voler intervenire direttamente anche per quanto riguarda NXT, visti gli ascolti sempre inferiori a quelli di Dynamite.

Insomma, si palesa l'ennesimo disastro.
