Dopodiché, Cena viene attaccato dal trio, con Jericho che fa il segno del titolo a Cena. Il pubblico fischia Jericho che alla fine lascia il ring dopo di Punk e Show.

Le telecamere inquadrano Daniel Bryan pavoneggiante nel backstage, che urla di essere il migliore a qualunque persona gli passi a tiro... Hornswoggle compreso. Bryan sta per urlare nuovamente questo, quando Regal lo blocca. Regal gli spiega che lui non è il migliore, e che ormai non è neanche campione di coppia, dunque è una ragione in più ed è un motivo per fargli smettere di urlare queste parole. Bryan pare irritato e dice a Regal che, se non altro, lui è giovane ed ha un futuro, mentre l'Inglese ha ormai già dato tutto... e può benissimo ritirarsi! Regal dice che gli dimostrerà stasera se lui deve andare in pensione, o deve essere Bryan a fare le valige e tornarsene in un manicomio. L'ex Danielson pare alquanto arrabbiato per queste parole, e lascia la scena continuando ad urlare che è il migliore.

WWE soddisfatta dell'operato di Regal. Anche Bryan "rompe gli schemi" e si complimenta con lui.

L'ultima puntata di WWE Main Event ha fatto registrare un buon ratings ed una buona affluenza. Il Main Event della serata è stato un imprevedibile Daniel Bryan vs William Regal. Pare che questo match sia stato scelto in seguito alle richieste dei due wrestlers di Stamford che volevano da tempo sfidarsi e che hanno trovato modo di farlo, dunque, nella puntata di Mercoledì. Le reazioni del pubblico sono state molto positive, il giudizio della critica lo ha acclamato, al momento, match della settimana. Ed il match pare sia piaciuto non soltanto ai fans ed ai siti di wrestling, ma anche alla dirigenza ed agli atleti coinvolti. Daniel Bryan, infatti, ha rotto gli schemi complimentandosi con Regal in un tweet pubblico sul suo account.



Ed anche la WWE, come detto prima, sembra si sia complimentata con l'inglese. Pare, infatti, che la sua posizione sia cambiata di recente, trovando un accordo comune per far apparire il wrestler più spesso e più in avanti nella card (da midcarder ad Uppercarder, ndr.).

Promo: Confronto fra Randy Orton e Dolph Ziggler in vista del Main Event.
Lo show blu si apre con l'ingresso di Randy Orton, sommerso dagli applausi del pubblico. The Viper spiega come sia giunto il momento di scoprire le carte ed, in vista dell'arrivo del nuovo General Manager, rivelare il vero motivo per cui lui, stasera, ha deciso di lanciare una sfida a Dolph Ziggler. Semplice: Ziggler è World Heavyweight Champion, e ciò che gli interessa è riprendersi la Big Belt. Già: Randy Orton vuole un match titolato per WWE Payback, e lo otterrà vincendo stasera contro l'attuale campione in un match non titolato. Dolph Ziggler entra in scena e chiede ad Orton di abbassare la voce. Insieme al campione ci sono anche Big E. Langston ed AJ Lee. Ziggler dice ad Orton che, qualunque siano le sue aspirazioni, stasera sarà lui a trionfare. E, come seconda cosa, gli avverte che, in caso di fallimento stasera, per Orton non ci saranno altre opportunità di giungere al suo titolo. In pratica, Ziggler dice che se stasera Orton dovesse perdere, il match a Payback sarebbe annullato. Orton ridacchia, e dice che accetta questa proposta, avvisandolo che se, però, accadrà il contrario, sarà lui a dover escogitare qualcosa per evitare il morso della vipera in PPV, e per mantenere il titolo. Nel backstage, dopo il match tra Bourne e Ryder, notiamo i Rhodes Scholars chiacchierare sui titoli di coppia. Entrambi dicono che saranno loro i contendenti ai titoli appartenenti allo SHIELD, e si rivedono i filmati relativi allo scorso Raw, con l'attacco a Del Rio ed il match fra il messicano e Seth Rollins. Ad interromperli, però, ci sono Mysterio e Sin Cara. I due altri messicani affermano infatti che, volente o nolente, dovranno sfidare Sandow e Rhodes stasera, e che dunque potrebbero far saltare in un attimo le loro ambizioni. Rey Mysterio, infatti, spiega che il match di stasera è un in-or-out, come gli ha detto lo stesso McMahon presente in arena: da questo match uscirà fuori il team che affronterà il Team Hell No, che rappresenterà lo show rosso in quanto ex campioni, per le cinture di coppia. I Rhodes Scholars se la ridono, ed affermano allora che già da ora risolleveranno la categoria tag team portando avanti il nome di SmackDown nella maniera migliore possibile.

I'm sticking with that story until proven wrong. Rey Mysterio floors Damien Sandow. Droppin' Da Dime!!! 1....2....3!! It's all over. Team Rhodes Scholars look like they aren't done...and they attack Mysterio and Sin Cara! After an exchange of blows, Mysterio and Sin Cara are laid out in the ring.

Notiamo il Ring abbellito con delle C ovunque, e con un delizioso tappeto raffigurante il logo del Peep Show: grande ritorno a SmackDown per lo show condotto da Christian! Captain Charisma viene accolto dagli applausi del pubblico di New York, mentre vediamo i cartelli relativi al canadese. Christian, armato di microfono, dice che è contento di poter ospitare nuovamente il suo spazio nello show blu, e ringrazia per questo il "misterioso GM" che svelerà la sua vera identità soltanto in serata. Christian dice che è stata dura per lui uscire dalle scene per un po' di mesi in seguito ad un infortunio pesante, ma che tornare in un clima di cambiamento è sempre bello. Dice che ora il World Heavyweight Champion è un tizio che già in passato ha battuto più volte, e che dunque sarà un piacere poterci lottare una seconda volta, magari con il titolo in palio, fra qualche settimana. Già, perché Christian vuole assolutamente vincere di nuovo il titolo, e si è accorto solo ora che il suo ritorno coincide con la Road to Money in the Bank: casualità? No, Christian vuole partecipare a quel match e vincerlo, come ha fatto il suo caro amico Edge, per dimostrare ai suoi Peeps di essere sempre il migliore. Ad interrompere il discorso di Christian c'è però lo svizzero Cesaro! Antonio, accompagnato da Aksana, dice che sarà lui l'ospite di questo inutile talk show. Cesaro è stufo di gente che tenta di abbordare il GM di turno con parole dolci e smielate, per farsi inserire in un match o per richiedere spazi come questi che fanno calare a picco i ratings. Christian scuote la testa, e chiede a Cesaro chi sia. Cesaro dice di essere il Very European Man, dice che lui è il wrestler migliore che la WWE ha a disposizione, e dice che lui merita più di chiunque altro di essere inserito nel Money in the Bank match! Christian dice che ancora c'è un mese circa, e che dunque tutto è possibile, Cesaro può qualificarsi, Christian può qualificarsi... ma dice che al momento, ora come ora, il pubblico non vuole parole, vuole invece fatti. Christian è un due volte campione mondiale, Cesaro... cos'è? Avrà qualche titolo in qualche federazione di periferia, al massimo. Dunque... Captain Charisma afferma che sarà pronto a lottare per un posto in quel match sin da subito, ma che prima vuole dimostrare a Cesaro che è lui a meritare quel posto. Scatta la rissa fra i due, con Aksana che esce dal ring e l'arbitro che entra... il match è pronto!

Langston e AJ Lee saranno banditi dal bordo-ring, causa sconfitta di Ziggler e vittoria di Orton, che dunque si laureerà n.1# Contender al titolo di Ziggler. L'errore che ho commesso in Swagger-Henry è stato metterlo dopo il match di coppia Scholars-Sin Cara/Mysterio, siccome mi è uscito scritto che il pubblico era ancora euforico per il match di prima e che vedendo il match di Swagger-Henry è rimasto deluso (?). Dovevo organizzare meglio la scaletta.

Cesaro-Christian hanno un'ottima chemistry

In realtà il GM doveva essere qualcun altro, ma purtroppo quest'ultimo era in Open Contract, e per di più in trattativa probabile con un'altra federazione, dunque poteva da un momento all'altro andarsene. Se vuoi il nome te lo dico

Jericho apre la puntata di Raw beccandosi i fischi del pubblico e sfidando pubblicamente Cena per il WWE Championship a Payback, dicendo che lui è pronto a riprendersi le luci di Raw... o meglio, di RAW is JERICHO! Altri fischi del pubblico, ed infine è il Bostoniano a rispondere: Cena accetta, ed augura però il meglio a Jericho per stasera, dato che se la vedrà contro Punk. Di certo, perdere stasera potrebbe precludergli l'esclusione del match, quindi è meglio se torna ad allenarsi ed a dire le sue quattro frasi spiaccicate davanti ad uno specchio per poi ripetere le sue balle in pubblico. Jericho ride, e dice che Cena sarà l'ultimo a poterlo fare dopo Payback.

Dean Ambrose è nella zona interviste, e da solo si fa delle domande e si da delle risposte, perché "lui è dello SHIELD, e non deve tenere conto a nessuno, Vince McMahon compreso". Ad Ambrose non importa quali potrebbero essere le conseguenze del suo gesto, né tanto meno importa di gente che si lamenta e piange per ciò che è successo. Del Rio ha rifiutato un'offerta ed è stato punito, lo SHIELD agisce in questo modo, lo SHIELD è un gruppo e Del Rio è da solo ed isolato, nessuno può difenderlo, e questo è il bello. Mentre per quanto riguarda lui, l'US Champion, potrà dormire tranquillamente fino a Payback, quando il referto medico assicurerà i tre mesi che spettano a Del Rio per recuperare.

1st Match: Regal batte a sorpresa Ambrose, quando questi stava prendendo una sedia mentre l'arbitro era distratto.
...Ambrose è fuori dal ring e sta armeggiando qualcosa... una sedia! L'arbitro è ancora steso a terra, mentre Regal sta vedendo la scena ma fa fatica a rialzarsi. Ambrose entra nel ring e si prepara a colpire Regal... che però lo blocca prima che tutto sia possibile! Regal ruba la sedia ad Ambrose e la utilizza proprio contro di lui, piegandolo e connettendo un DDT preciso sulla sedia! AMBROSE SANGUINA! L'inglese butta fuori dal ring la sedia e copre, l'arbitro si avvicina pian piano... 1... 2... 3! Ambrose ha subito una bella botta e Regal porta a casa una vittoria d'oro.

2nd Match: Seth Rollins batte Kofi Kingston
Il membro dello SHIELD ottiene una vittoria non molto facile contro il ghanese, che lo impegna diverse volte senza riuscire, però, a sopraffarlo nel finale, quando Rollins sfrutta un Roll Up improvviso per vincere il match. Al termine, il campione di coppia alza la sua cintura, applaudito da Reigns e fischiato aspramente dal pubblico.

Interview: CM Punk viene intervistato riguardo al match di stasera
Siamo nella zona interviste, dove vediamo arrivare un Punk alquanto incazzato per quanto visto ad inizio puntata. Punk dice che Jericho, solamente per aver dimostrato di esser cambiato dal suo debutto, da quando si faceva proclamare "The end of the World" ed entrava in arena senza proferir parola, colpendo Cena e voltandogli le spalle. Punk merita di più, Punk merita di affrontare Cena a Payback e riprendersi il suo titolo, usurpato per via del duo Rock-Cena, che naturalmente vende molto di più di uno Straight Edge. Per fortuna, la dirigenza gli concederà una chanche stasera, contro Y2J, e Jericho stavolta non potrà inventarsi una delle sue balle per poter diventare n.1 Contender. Stasera Punk vincerà ed occuperà quello spazio nel match a WWE Payback contro il WWE Champion.

3rd Match: Team Hell No batte Sin Cara-Mysterio grazie all'intervento dei Rhodes Scholars. Al termine del match, lo SHIELD si unisce ed i quattro team lottano fra di loro a viso aperto.
Sin Cara strikes Kane. DDT by Sin Cara. 1 - 2 - no 3 though. Sin Cara misses a clothesline. Sin Cara gets smacked around like a bitch. Massive backbreaker, Sin Cara got planted. Kane tags out to Daniel Bryan. Big dropkick by Daniel Bryan. Sin Cara takes the advantage with a punch to the face. Tag between Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio. Mysterio and Sin Cara whip Bryan into the ropes and hit a double backdrop. DDT by Rey Mysterio. 1 - 2 - kick out. Super frankenthingy on Bryan, who hit hard. Tag to Sin Cara. DDT from the top rope by Sin Cara, that was cool. 1 - 2 - kick out before the 3. Sin Cara misses a big legdrop and lands ASS-FIRST on the mat. Tag to Kane. Big clothesline on Sin Cara. Team Rhodes Scholars come running down the aisle and into the ring! Sin Cara turns...and is dropped with a double DDT! Sin Cara in big trouble. Sin Cara is in trouble. Chokeslam! 1....2....3. We have a three-way stand off in the ring, as Mysterio and Sin Cara, Team Hell No and Team Rhodes Scholars look at each other. They all charge forward, and a three-way brawl erupts in the ring! Security and a pile of referees hit the ring to stop the carnage.

Heyman dice a Punk di attenersi ai piani, ed andrà tutto liscio, ed entrambi potranno risollevare in aria la corona massima di questa federazione. Ciò che Punk deve fare è... no! Heyman si accorge delle telecamere, così come Punk, e quest'ultimo va a colpire il povero cameraman e la telecamera va in frantumi a terra, mentre si sente il boato del pubblico e l'ingresso di Punk nello stage...
