I Nuovi 52 costituiscono il completo rilancio dell'universo editoriale DC dopo il reboot avvenuto con l'evento Flashpoint (pubblicato, da questo mese, in due volumetti da fumetteria).
In pratica, ogni testata ripartira' da zero, costituendo pertanto un ottimo punto di inizio per ogni lettore che voglia cimentarsi con la DC.

Il Second Wave si riferisce alle testate subentrate ad alcune testate chiuse con il numero 8 (chiusura data per scarse vendite).
La Lion Comics ha annunciato che in Italia vedremo circa la meta' delle serie sopra elencate. Attualmente, sappiamo con certezza che in edicola usciranno Batman (che conterra' Batman, Detective Comics e presumibilmente Batman and Robin), Superman (Action Comics, Superman e Superboy o Supergirl) e Lanterna Verde (Green Lantern, Green Lantern Corps e Green Lantern NewGuardians o Red Lanterns). Ogni numero mensile italiano dovrebbe venire 3,95 euro.
Probabilmente, la Lion pubblichera' anche un'altra testata da edicola (con tutta probabilita' dedicata alla JLA). Non sappiamo pero' nulla di piu', e' solo una discrezione. Nulla si sa di eventuali altre testate da edicola.
Le altre testate pubblicate in Italia (e non sappiamo ancora quali) saranno pubblicati in volumetti da 5/6 numeri l'uno.
Con molta probabilita', le prime uscite saranno a Maggio, e pertanto le prime conferme dovrebbero arrivare a giorni, quando usciranno Mega e Anteprima.
