Il segmento con Swerve, Lee, Ross, Boudreaux e il tizio ipertatuato è stato atroce. E il "motherfucker" scappato a Ross è il meno, anzi forse è l'unica cosa da salvare. Mamma mia che pena. Ma quante minchia di stable ci sono ora in AEW? Possibile che Khan non si renda conto che ormai siamo oltre la parodia?

Shida e la Hayter regalano un signor main event. Jamie è sempre un po' sporca nell'esecuzione, ma riesce a dare la sensazione che ciò che sta facendo è reale. Peccato per il solito orgione di run in nel post match, di cui in AEW abusano oltremisura da praticamente sempre.

Starks nel confronto con Jericho ha tirato fuori delle perle mica male. Già sapevo che al mic era valido, ma sta ulteriormente migliorando. Sempre che feudare con Jericho non si riveli per lui un passo indietro.

Ormai quando vedo Elite e Death Triangle penso: date il 4-3 a Omega e ai Bucks e facciamola finita. Ho sempre detto che quella dei 7 match (qualcuno aveva dubbi che saranno proprio 7?) era delirante e lo confermo. Puro esibizionismo masturbatorio e nient'altro.

Gli FTR temo proprio che siano sulla via dell'abbandono visto che jobbano pure ai figli scemi di Billy Gunn.

Alcune cose positive sicuramente ci sono, a me più che il ritmo ha perplesso la quantità di roba da meh.


Starks benissimo, il feud con Jericho è interessante, ma la JAS limita sempre (settando gran parte delle rivalità come scontro tra fazioni). Feud che ovviamente deve essere vinto da Ricky eh, non fate cazzate tipo All Out.
Se la Hayter la rendono "workrate-centrica" mi sta molto bene, però il match con la Storm da le piste a questo. Poi tornano con Saraya-Baker in primo piano, mettendo di nuovo in pausa i "germogli" del feud di qualche settimana fa. Insomma, niente di nuovo sotto al sole, ma concetti come "rivalutazione di categoria" magari un altro giorno eh.
Ah, la posizione della Storm in tutto questo mi fa incredibilmente ridere.

Non sono quasi mai d'accordo con chi definisce l'AEW simile alla WCW, ma cazzo, tutto il segmento di Lee-Swerve è stato raccapricciante a quei livelli. Parker Bordeaux LOL, ma ficcateci Hobbs o qualcuno che sappia tirare due calci almeno. Uomo baseball magari è un fenomeno, ma presentato così è tipo la cosa meno interessante del mondo (e con vibes alla Rodman in WCW assurde... o come i politi NASCAR nella prima NWA-TNA). Di nuovo, avevano uno split gestito bene ed interessante, già la deviazione di Final Battle non è stata così necessaria (anche se l'ho apprezzata non poco), questo è letteralmente no-sense.
Il resto accade... e finisce lì, mannaggia a cose celestiali per i Gunn. FTR che sembrano sì sulla via d'uscita (anche se Dax ha cacciato due mine addosso a Road Dogg mica male), ma cristo elevate qualcun altro (tipo i Martin).

Aaaaah che sensazione armoniosa quella di vedere un Jon Moxley più cazzuto del solito, promo backstage tipicamente in character heelish, e incontro con Darius Martin nella quale rasenta la squalifica. Aggiungerei pure i sorrisoni malvagi di Castagnoli, e l’opera pare completa.

Mi auguro solo che nel prossimo futuro non utilizzino le maschere antigas a sto giro.

He went to an unnamed source who is a very big part of the WWE office and he proceeded to bury me and tell me that I thought I knew everything – not tell me, tell that person that I thought I knew everything and that I would never try to learn anything.”

“So I had my own reservations about him and then come later that year I want to say it was right around December there was some sort of gimmick gauntlet tag team match on SmackDown and for some reason, the fans thought The Revival were gonna make their debut there. The fans were Tweeting and freaking out over it and the match was over. We were heels so I went on Twitter and said “if you fans thought that we were gonna debut on the main roster in a stupid gimmick gauntlet match you’ve lost your mind” or something like that.”

“At the time Road Dogg was booking and he took offence to that because I wrote stupid gimmick and he proceeded to write on Twitter that if I kept it up, he would make sure I would never make it to the main roster. If I never make it to the main roster that cuts into my money which cuts into the money that I make for my family, which I can provide for my daughter to go through college, or I can make sure my wife has food on the table and that’s what bothered me.”

“Then right after he put that Tweet out I got a text from Mark Carrano [former Senior Director of Talent Relations] which led to a call from both those guys to make sure they were covering their tracks because Road Dogg basically said he was gonna make sure I would never have any advancement in the company. Legally they’re not allowed to do that because they’re in powerful positions in the office and for him to say I’m gonna make sure that you’re not gonna move on and you can’t advance your money, legally they shouldn’t be able to do that. So they were trying to cover their tracks.”

Riassunto in maniera molto corta crede che l'abbia preso in antipatia perchè ha avuto il coraggio di discutere un'idea di Road Dogg riguardo ad un match. Da lì Road Dogg lo ha etichettato come "quello che crede di saper tutto" e lo ha minacciato verbalmente che avrebbe usato tutto il suo potere per impedirgli di fare carriera in WWE. Ergo lo rispetta come wrestler, molto meno come persona.

Sostanzialmente, afferma che Miro ha rifiutato un feud con la Firm che sarebbe sfociato in un job a Full Gear. E che tutti gli ex-WWE sono fin troppo "diffidenti" (cito parola giusta) riguardo i job.
Inoltre, dice di capire perchè Khan si "dimentichi" di worker palesemente scontenti, visto che vogliono/volevano tornare in WWE (citando anche Lana che ieri/l'altro ieri ha detto che "Rusev Day non finirà mai e tutti tornano in WWE") e non sono appunto disposti a jobbare, quindi concorda nel pushare solo gente contenta (che spesso corrisponde ad AEW "Originals").

Miro però ora gli sta rispondendo su Twitter, affermando che specie ad inizio anno fu infortunato e impegnato per film/serie/boh.

Credo che la diffidenza dal job derivi dal fatto che questi pensavano di andare in AEW e fare il cazzo che volevano.
Poi chiaro, allo stesso tempo vanno capiti sia il piano che la storia, perché se era una merda ci sta il rifiuto al job.

Sul fatto che Khan preferisca gli originals per il discorso che gli altri possono tornare in WWE ha poco senso, visto che pure gli Originals possono farlo senza problemi, ragionando così non andrebbe pushato nessuno.
