In the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was reported that Double or Nothing will not be the only show changed by the recent decision for PAC to step away from AEW. He will not be working any AEW shows for the foreseeable future, and that includes Fyter Fest. He had been booked to team with the Lucha Bros against Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks, but now that match will be changed to go along with whatever plans AEW has created as backup for Double or Nothing. Adam Page is expected to be involved with that event, although it’s unknown if he’ll be in a match as he will be selling the attack from PAC. The Fyter Fest six-man tag was expected to lead directly to PAC vs. Omega.

As we previously reported, the issue with the match is that PAC and Dragon Gate do not want him losing as long as he is the Open the Dream Gate champion, and Dragon Gate does not plan on having him lose the title any time soon. He was originally booked to beat Adam Page and go on to face Kenny Omega, who would then beat him. AEW does not want Page to lose unless it’s to set up a big match against Omega, Cody or Jericho, as they are also trying to make Page a big star. So the match was done early at Wrestle Gate Pro and given a DQ finish. For what it’s worth, the Observer claims that AEW believes that the new scenario, with the surprises and changes made, is better than the one they had planned.

PAC is not expected to return to AEW until he loses the Dragon Gate belt, because AEW can’t work with someone who can’t lose. While they have no problem booking someone with a winning streak, PAC is not that person at this time. It’s not a guarantee that PAC will be back at all, but the feeling in AEW is that everyone likes him personally and they don’t consider him unprofessional. The situation is just unfortunate and prevents them from using him.

A sto punto meglio così dato che vogliono legittimare sia Hangman (che diventa favorito per la Battle Royal), ma anche per lo stesso PAC visto che doveva affrontare Omega (e probabilmente lo faranno non appena perderà il titolo).

Dipende anche da quando hanno deciso che la Battle Royal fosse per una shot al titolo, se prima o dopo aver scoperto del problema di PAC: se prima, allora Page non era previsto come vincitore; se dopo, allora forse avrebbero successivamente stabilito che PAC, con la vittoria su Page, avrebbe affrontato Jericho/Omega per il titolo. PAC-Omega però sarebbe stato tantissima roba. Cazzo.

Dice anche che hanno già circa 6 mesi/1 anno di storie scritte e che le cose che cambieranno in corso d'opera saranno cambiate perché magari uno avrà un exploit in termini di overness inaspettato.
Ah, e che in termini di messa in scena utilizzeranno 'pyros' seri, e che il dubbio è tra non utilizzarli proprio o utilizzarli in grande, perché utilizzare cose semplici lì farebbe sembrare, traduco come significato, dei poveracci

Dice anche che hanno già circa 6 mesi/1 anno di storie scritte e che le cose che cambieranno in corso d'opera saranno cambiate perché magari uno avrà un exploit in termini di overness inaspettato.

Cmq PAC con la gimmick da backstage di Hogan è una figata, avrebbero dovuto farlo entrare coi Nasty Boys e Jim Duggan invece di non bookarlo.

Poi vabbe', PAC è meglio di Hogan ma questo lo sappiamo tutti.
