Re: WWF ATTITUDE ERA - WRESTLEMANIA XV - "THE RAGIN' CLIMAX

•Hosted by: Michael Cole & Jerry Lawler
•Live from: Continental Airlines Arena, New York
•Reported by: Adam Silver
•Raw is War begins with a well put together montage of the whole Austin/McMahon controversary from the day Austin lost the title to Kane, McMahon pinning Austin on Raw, McMahon defeating Austin at the Royal Rumble, and finally Austin winning the title back last night at WrestleMania XV.
•Steve Austin/Vince McMahon Confrontation.
-Austin tries to begin to speak, but the crowd is too loud for him to start. He then pumps up the crowd with his performance last night and gives the Rock credit for his fight last night. Austin says that when he woke up in the morning and when he looked at the belt he decided it was not worth his trouble and agrivation and wants to relinquish the championship belt to Vince McMahon (who he calls out). Before stepping in, Vince questions Austin about handing the belt over, but Austin assures him that he will play no tricks. McMahon walks in extremley cautiously and Austin does give him the belt. Vince says that he knew one day Austin would crack under the pressure and holds the belt up into the air. Austin says that it isn't that easy and rolls the footage from Breakdown IYH and the Raw is War after it, where McMahon said that the belt is his and he will be putting it above his fireplace. He explains that he will give him the belt, but not the title that he is the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Champion. He tells Vince that he wants his custom made "rattlesnake" belt and that if he doesn't get it he will beat his ass. McMahon refuses to give him the belt because he says that he believes he owns a piece of Steve Austin. Austin is about to hurt McMahon, but gets reminded that if he touches him without physical reason he will be fired. Austin shows the footage from last night's WreslteMania XV where McMahon kicked him in the middle of the ring, and therefore explains that if McMahon doesn't get his belt back then he will beat him and not get fired. As Austin's music plays, McMahon nails Austin with the championship belt and runs out by the Titantron. Austin sits up on the canvas and says that they will do things the hard way in two hours.
•Sable, Jackie, Tori, and Ivory are shown in the back getting ready for their tag team match tonight as Paul Bearer is shown letting the whole Ministry of Darkness into the arena.
•Vince McMahon is shown in the back telling his daughter, Stephanie McMahon, to call the house and get Austin's championship belt. Shane McMahon quickly objects asking Vince if he has sold out, but McMahon explains that what he says goes and to watch who he speaks to.
•Tori/Ivory pinned Sable/Jackie
-Sable does "the grind" in the middle of the ring before the match starts. As Terri begins to try and light her cigar outside, Ivory runs out to the back chasing her. Throughout the whole match, Sable is more concerned with the people at ringside then her own match. When Jackie yells at her, Salbe clocks her with the belt and lets Tori pin her. Tori then points to her in order to fight, and as they get ready the lights go out and the Ministry of Darkness surround the ring.
•Ministry of Darkness/Sable/Vince McMahon Confrontation.
-Tori leaves the ring, but Sable is now surrounded by the whole Ministry now inside the ring. The Undertaker confronts her and tells her not to be scared, because he wants to see what she has. Sable begins to dance, but the Undertaker grabs her throat and tells McMahon to come out or he will snap her neck. In the back, Vince tells Shane to watch Stephanie, because the Undertaker called him out not Shane. McMahon questions the Undertaker who rolls his eyes as McMahon screams "Stephanie" and runs to the back. When he returns, he sees Shane outside the room and when he walks in he sees Stephanie missing. He then goes nuts yelling and screaming at Shane as the WWF goes to commercial. As the WWF comes back from the commercial, Vince McMahon is shown completley depressed telling Shane not to call the cops and go find Stephanie in the parking lot.
•X-Pac Interview.
-DeGeneration X's music goes over the loud speakers while their new video does not show Triple H. When X-Pac gets in the ring, he does not do any chops and tells them to shut the music off. He announces that exactly one year ago he came back to the WWF because he got a call from Triple H who wanted him there. X-Pac says that DX kicked ass for a year with the help of himself and the New Age Outlaws and it will not be destroyed and himself and the Outlaws will raise hell every week. He immediatley challenges Triple H tonight telling him that "his ass is grass and he'll smoke it".
•Vince and Shane are shown in the back again with Vince complaining that she is not in the parking lot while Shane says he couldn't check. The Undertaker then calls him and says "she really is sugar and spice and everything nice" followed by laughter.
•Paul Wight pinned Test
-Wight immediatley chokeslams test and recieves a pin.
•Paul Wight Interview.
-After the match, Paul Wight says that even though McMahon is upset in the back, he doesn't give a damn. He says that nobody owns the Big Show and that was McMahon's first mistake. Wight says he remembers that when he entered the WWF, McMahon said the WWF would change forever and he promises that will start tonight.
•Vince McMahon is shown in the back asking Ken Shamrock to find Stephanie. Shamrock promises that if she is in the building he will find her. After the commercial, Shamrock is shown going all over the backstage area trying to find Stephanie, but to no avail.
•Hardcore Holly pinned Steve Williams
*Hardcore Championship*
-Jim Ross immediatley joins the Spanish commentators but says he doesn't speak Spanish. He again states that he wants his job back. Ross explains that he only did the commentating last night because Austin demanded it and he will not be a corporate butt kisser. Dr. Death dominates most of the match while Bob Holly brings in a table into the ring. As he gives Holly the Oklahoma stampede onto a table, he knocks out the ref. He tries for a pin, as Al Snow runs into the ring and clocks Dr. Death with a frying pan. He then places Holly's hand over Dr. Death's body for the pin as Jim Ross gets upset.
•The McMahons are shown in the back again, with Vince telling Shane he doesn't care about the Rock and to run things for the night. As Shane leaves, Vince's sorrow seems to decrease.
•The Rock pinned Billy Gunn
-As Shane McMahon takes the commentary position, Michael Cole tries to ask him about his sister, but Shane quickly ends the discussion and wants to concentrate on the match. Shane continues to cheer for the Rock as Cole mentions his sister, this gets Shane infuriated and he tells Cole to stop yet again. While the Rock is on the head set, Billy Gunn moons him and picks up the head set again to tell Shane to suck it. As Gunn is on he offensive, the Rock catches him and delivers the Rock Bottom followed by the Corporate Elbow for the pin.
•As McMahon is shown in the back crying, he tells Shamrock to beat up the Undertaker. Shamrock promises and says he will beat it out of him if he must. For the second time, McMahon's grief dies away as Shamrock leaves.
•After the commercial, Austin is shown in his locker room looking around and looking at his watch waiting for McMahon.
•Ken Shamrock pinned Gangrel
-Shamrock dominates the good part of this match, although Gangrel does have his strong moments. Throughout the match, he screams "where is she" to try and get it out of Gangrel. As Shamrock brings Gangrel to the outside, he absolutley snaps throwing Gangrel's body and head repeatedly into the stairs. As the referee threatens him, he chases him around the ring and then goes back to work on Gangrel. As Shamrock wins the match with the ankle-lock-submission and holds it until he finds out where Stephanie is (it fails) the rest of the Brood comes down to the ring and gives Shamrock a blood bath. After the bath is over, he traps Christian and places the ankle-lock on him. He confesses that she is in the basement.
•After the WWF comes back from commercial, Shamrock is shown snapping in the basement while he tries to find Stephanie.
•Goldust pinned Jesse James
*Intercontinental Championship*
-We learn that the Blue Meanie considers Goldust his mother as Goldust considers the Blue Meanie his son. At the beginning of the match, Ryan Shamrock comes down to see Goldust, but the Blue Meanie tells her that Goldust doesn't want her and pushes her back. As the Road Dog takes a big advantage, the Blue Meanie comes in to recieve a DDT. The Meanie, on the outside, takes the championship belt as the Road Dog reverses a curtain call to get hit with the IC belt. Goldust hits the curtain call to become the new Intercontinental Champion.
•Goldust Interview.
-Goldust says that he has something to get off of his chest and that is what he has been missing and what he has found out. He tells the audience that they will know soon and never forget the name of Goldust.
•Stephanie McMahon is shown in the back with a tattoo on her face and what looks like a piercing as Shamrock finds her. She begins to back away, but finally hugs him as he begins to bring her out of the basement. As Raw is War returns, Stephanie McMahon is shown crying in her father's arms as he thanks Shamrock and calls the Ministry "rotten bastards".
•Jeff Jarrett/Owen Hart pinned Lgion of Doom
*Tag Team Championship*
-The LOD takes the early advantage with numerous tags on Jarrett/Hart. The Legion o fdoom hits the Devistation Device as the referee is distracted by both Debra and Ellering (by accident). Jarrett then comes in with a guitar to hit Animal over the head with as Hart gets the pin. Ellering and Hawk check up on Animal as the match finishes.
•Austin is shown in the back again, looking at his watch and waiting for McMahon as a limosene pulls up backstage. Austin's belt is shown coming out of it by the limo driver who quickly runs inside.
•As Raw is War returns, Vince is shown hugging Ken Shamrock and Stephanie McMahon as he thanks Shamrock always and says he will be indebted to him always. Shane brings Austin's belt into the locker room as Vince says the trauma for the night is over because his baby sister is back. He tells Shane to just bring the belt to Austin's locker room and give it to him so they can end it. He tells Shane that he is going to bring Stephanie home and thanks Shamrock again. After Vince leaves, Shane tells Shamrock to go get the Rock, because somebody is going to pay.
•X-Pac defeated Triple H, Kane attacks.
-When Triple H makes his enterance, he uses the "No Chance in Hell" song from the Corporation as X-Pac tries to attack him. Instead, he was held back by the referee, but finally escapes by the time Triple H almost gets into the ring. He dominates the match early but Triple H takes the control quick. As X-Pac's mouth begins to bleed, he dominates Triple H in the match and sets him up for the bronco buster. As he gets ready to deliver it, Shane grabs his leg leading for him to be chased around the ring and back into it where Chyna is waiting with a clothesline. As the referee calls for disqualification, Chyna gives him a low blow as Triple H pedigree's X-Pac to finish. After the pedigree, Kane's music sounds as he makes his way to the ring with Triple H waiting. Shane attacks Kane from behind, but as he tries to run away Kane gets his jacket and knocks Triple H to the ground with Chyna in the ring. As his back is turned, Triple H clocks Kane with a chair as they leave to the back with Kane now chasing them with the same chair. Shane is shown hiding behind the commentators as kane goes into the Titantron.
•Shane McMahon/The Rock Interview.
-Shane explains that he is not his father and is also a champion just like Austin is. He then tells Austin that his belt is around the Rock's waist and introduces him to ringside. On the way to ringside, the Rock polishes the belt and when he gets inside the ring he tells Austin that he gives him no credit for the match last night. He said that it took two stunners to get the Rock pinned as Austin comes out from the back and attacks the Rock in the ring.
•Steve Austin attacked and saved.
-As mentioned directly before, Austin comes out from the back and attacks the Rock in the ring. He quickly brings him outside to the tables where he hits him along the way. The Rock brings the match back in the ring, but he gets kicked into the corner as Austin stuns Shane McMahon. The Rock then capitalizes on Austin in the corner and as Austin gets up, he gets a belt shot to his face and more kicks. Triple H runs out from the back to help pound on Austin as does Shamrock, Test, and Chyna (who helps Shane away). As the carnage continues, Pual Wight runs in from the back and clears the ring with Austin. As Austin delivers a stunner to Shamrock Wight finishes the clearning, Triple H comes back in to recieve a chokeslam form Paul Wight as Austin's music goes over the loud speakers.

•Shane McMahon/Triple H/The Rock Interview.
-Shane makes his way down with Triple H and Chyna, and the Rock and begins to explain that he is retiring the European Championship and it is no more. Shane says DX is copyrighted under Titan sports and that the only degenerate is Triple H, the newest member of the Corporation. Triple H says that everything in DX from the names to the logo, music, crotch chop, etc., are all his. He then calls X-Pac the "1-2-3 Kid," the Road Dog the "Roadie," and Billy Gunn "Rockabilly." He continues to say that he got each and every one of them over along with Chyna's help and he made the DX army. Triple H then challenges X-Pac to a match at In Your House: "Backlash" and tells the crowd to "Suck it". Shane then continues his interview telling Austin that his belt is around the Rock's shoulder. The younger McMahon then orders a rematch between Steve Austin and the Rock at "Backlash" for the WWF Heavyweight Championship. He also adds a special guest referee to the match which turns out to be himself. The Rock then takes the microphone and pumps himself up explaining that he deserves a rematch. Shane takes the microphone and says that for the TV fans he has a special surprise for Paul Wight tomorrow night on Raw is War.
•Tori is shown getting set for action in the backstage dressing room.
•Live via satellite in Greenwich, Connecticut, we see Stephanie and Vince McMahon in their home with a WWF representative talking.
•Tori defeated Jacqueline
(Disqualification)
-As Tori goes for the quick pin, Jacqueline takes quick control and keeps it for most of the match. As Tori applies a sleeper hold onto Jacqueline, Terri runs into the ring and pulls Tori's hair off for the disqualification. Jacqueline then gives Tori a huge splash from the top rope as Terri lights her cigar and Ivory enters the ring. As Tori s about to burn Ivory with the cigar, the referee holds her arm and gets pushed.
•Val Venis Interview.
-As Lucas from WWF.com is trying to interview him, Ryan Shamrock runs up to Val Venis and hangs on his arm asking him to come home. In reply, Val says "Lo siento mi amor, adios" meaning "Im sorry my love, bye."
•Val Venis pinned Steve Blackman
-Val did his usual opening as Steve Blackman was introduced. Val Venis hits the Money Shot for the pin. As Venis celebrates after the match, Steve Blackman attacks him with a drop kick and repeated shots with his kendo sticks.
•Vince and Stephanie McMahon are again shown in their house laughing together as Jeff Jarrett, Owen Hart, and Debra are shown on their way to the ring. The Chef Boyardee commercial with Mankind then airs.
•When coming back from commercial, the Cleavage house is shown again. Michael Cole asks for someone to explain it to him, and Kevin Kelly replies "it's simple, the Cleavage house."
•Jeff Jarrett/Owen Hart issue challenge, Kane accepts.
-Owen begins by asking for some competition as he gives the microphone to Jeff Jarrett who confirms that. Jarrett then issues an open challenge for anybody to walk down the ramp and face them for the Tag Team Championships. The lights quickly go out as Kane's music goes over the loud speakers and Kane makes his way to the ring from the opposite side of the ramp. Kane then attacks both men from behind who finally roll to the outside and grab a microphone to accept the challenge for later tonight.
•Big Boss Man pinned Droz
-Although Droz begins the brawl, the Bossman takes the quick advantage and dominates the whole match. When the match gets outside the ring, the Bossman rips Droz's nose ring off and gives it to Kevin Kelly as he pounds on the desk. Droz then receives a sidewalk slam for the pin.
•In the backstage area, the WWF doctor is shown operating on Droz's nose while Droz curses and gets bleeped out.
•A montage is shown of last week's Raw is War and how Stephanie McMahon got kidnaped and saved by Shamrock and how the Undertaker used Sable to distract the McMahons.
•Stephanie McMahon/Vince McMahon Interview.
-Jerry Lawler is shown at the McMahon's house asking questions. Stephanie says that she doesn't know what happened last week on Raw is War, and Vince says the whole thing started with the envelope. He explains that the envelope contained pictures of Stephanie from the mall, her room, and other places where she goes. The second thing, McMahon explains, was the teddy bear which was precious to Stephanie and the fact that they invaded their home. Stephanie continues saying that last night when she came home she found words written on her mirrors and her personal items messed up. Vince says that he thought he knew the Undertaker, but now he has become a creature that he has created himself. Lawler then introduces the term "living your gimmick" and explains that even though McMahon invented "The Undertaker," the Undertaker is living his own gimmick. Stephanie continues by saying that she "knew Mark too" but then she guesses that she didn't. Various times throughout the interview, Vince stops her, and those times are mostly when they invade her personal life or what happened last week at Raw is War. She says that the only time she feels safe now is when she is with her dad.
•Kane defeated Jeff Jarrett/Owen Hart
(Disqualification)
*Tag Team Championship*
-As Kane gets into the ring, he takes the quick advantage to both men whether it be inside or outside the ring. After loosing the advantage for a quick second, Kane chokeslams Jarrett and then as he is about to do the same to Owen, he gets a guitar shot to the head. The guitar shot does not phase him although both men continue to beat him up. X-Pac runs in from backstage to save Kane and both men clear the ring. When the meet in the center, Kane grabs X-Pac for a chokeslam but lets him go into the ropes.
