buy the card (make sure it's the digital version) and wait for a while till you get your code, which will appear in your account under your purchase. I got the code on the next day, but delievery time may differ.
4) Now to purchase the points, go to https://point.nicovideo.jp/index/purchase/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Choose the amount of points you wanna get, which will lead you to the payment option page
5) Choose WebMoney, then click on the yellow icon on the next page to confirm
6) Now enter the Code in the appropriate field and confirm by clicking on the grey icon below (note: not the huge icon with the wallet on the bottom of the page)
7) Confirm your purchase by clicking on the blinking yellow icon on the next page. You now have the necessary points to buy the iPPV.
8) Go to the event page and click on the big red icon on the bottom. Congratulations, you bought the iPPV. It'll now appear in the purchase history of your personal nicovideo account page.
