The dynamic between Vince McMahon and Triple H is reportedly something everyone is talking about internally in WWE. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Shane McMahon's return, and recent changes to WrestleMania 32 storylines, have both lead to an increase in backstage chatter about the McMahon family drama. The Observer reports that Vince does not like being perceived as the old out-of-touch guy who needs to step aside so Triple H can take over.
The speculation within WWE right now is reportedly that if Shane does take on an executive role in the company, Vince could be playing him against Triple H and Stephanie. It gets hard to tell how much of the Vince-Triple H tension is exaggerated, but it is known that Shane did have issues with Triple H and Stephanie that lead to him leaving the company in 2009. Shane left WWE after he found out his sister and Triple H would eventually be taking over the company instead of him.
Shane's entire promo on Monday's RAW was re-written at the last minute to remove mentions of him wanting to fire Triple H and Stephanie from RAW should he win at WrestleMania 32. According to The Observer, the opening segment on RAW has been changing at the last minute lately at Vince's request. Last minute script changes were blamed for Shane forgetting a line during his return promo on RAW, but it largely went unnoticed because Vince spoke up and covered for him.
Aside from any heat he may have with Vince and Shane, Triple H also drew criticism from some WWE employees for not "selling" his beating from Roman Reigns back in December. In the days after the angle with Reigns at TLC, Triple H was making appearances to promote NXT and not selling any injuries.

È tornato come talento on screen. Questa è una storyline di Vince McMahon. Il fatto che i promo abbiano un contenuto di realtà (soprattutto quelli di Steph) aggiunge alla storia, come succede sempre in questi casi nel wrestling.
Se Shane vincesse a WM, il suo personaggio avrebbe il controllo di RAW.
Per quanto riguarda le dinamiche fra H e Vince, più c'è competizione anche nel backstage e meglio è.
A quanto si dice, Vince McMahon avrebbe voluto far debuttare il "Bàlor Club" con Finn Bàlor, Doc Gallows e Karl Anderson lunedì scorso a Chicago, ma Triple H avrebbe contestato la decisione perchè non sarebbe stato d'accordo sul far debuttare il team prima di WrestleMania.
HHH vorrebbe infatti che Bàlor restasse ad NXT in modo da poter perdere il titolo, probabilmente contro Samoa Joe a Takeover:Dallas, nel weekend di Mania. Vince a quanto pare non sarebbe molto preoccupato dalla questione del titolo NXT e avrebbe visto il possibile debutto come un mezzo per dare una rinfrescata, far alzare i ratings, e guadagnare con il marchandising.
Voci suggeriscono che questa divergenza abbia portato nuova linfa alle voci sul contrasto di idee e stili di McMahon e Triple H, specie quando si parla dell'importanza di NXT e ciò che il brand rappresenta per la compagnia.

Vabbe', han ripreso i character di quando facevano Team. Tanto, son ritirati o semi-ritirati, che gliene frega.
E son pur sempre meno stempiati di HHH e HBK nell'agghiacciante reunion della DX.

Apparently Triple H tried to downplay how much of a star Shane was before he came back, and how big of a reaction he would receive from the crowd. Triple H also was vocal about not seeing Shane as a legitimatecontender for The Undertaker,especially inside Hell In a Cell. However, Vince McMahon has been confident in the match.
Some are under the impression thatTriple H doesn’t want Shane involved anywhere in WWE after theWrestleMania 32 program, as an on-air talent or an executive. This is another example of the difference in opinions between Vince and Triple H. Vince has reportedly been under pressure to go ahead and name his successor and with people wondering if Triple H is the one for the job, situations like this, their opinions on NXT and the incident we just reported on with Triple H not catching a Michael Cole error on RAW don’t help his case.
Another reason Triple H might not want Shane around is that Vince sees Shane as leverage when it comes to Triple Hand Stephanie McMahon taking their positions and futures for granted. Vince doesn’t like how some people just assume Triple H will be in charge one day.
On a related note, Dean Ambroserecently had a RAW segment where he asked Triple H if he liked Shane. That line was direct from Vince and reportedly upset Triple H.
The WrestleMania 32 booking has added to the tension between Triple Hand Vince as Vince really wanted The Rock in a match and feels like the company didn’t do whatever possible to get Rock booked. Triple H kept assuring Vince that they would be fine with just a non-wrestling appearance by Rock, which led to the creative that saw Triple H win the WWE WorldHeavyweight Title so he could defend it against Roman Reigns in Sunday’s main event.
