7. Beer Garden Specialty! 6-Man Lottery Tag Match: KUDO, Kenny Omega & Shigehiro Irie defeated Danshoku Dino, Konosuke Takeshita & HARASHIMA when Omega pinned Dino with the One-Winged Angel (15:59).

A lottery was held to determine the two teams in the main event. We wound up getting KUDO, Kenny Omega & Shigehiro Irie Vs Danshoku Dino, Konosuke Takeshita & HARASHIMA. The match ventured back and forth between serious and nonsense. HARASHIMA and Omega squared off in a 2/3rd preview of the “RYOGOKU PETER PAN 2014” main event. Meanwhile Irie and Dino wrestled each other while wearing stockings over their heads. The finish came when Dino Hip Thrusted Omega into the corner and was preparing to deliver the Danshoku Driver. Omega suddenly spat beer in Dino’s face and knocked him down with the Hadouken. Irie did a Brainbuster, KUDO delivered the Diving Double Knee Drop and Omega finished it with the One-Winged Angel to pin Dino.

Shuten-dōji got a win over Team Drift in their final skirmish before their KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Title shot at Sumo Hall. Soma Takao taunted Yukio Sakaguchi & Masa Takanashi by spitting alcohol at them throughout the match. Shuten-dōji got their revenge when Takao had Takanashi in position for the Gin And Tonic. Sakaguchi punched Takao in the gut and Takanashi was able to counter the finisher into the Takatonic for the win.

The Rock ‘N’ Roll Death Match forced wrestlers to either dance or drink depending on what song was being played. When “Kuroku Nuritsubuse” by Eikichi Yazawa was used, everyone had to dance. When “Nippon Zenkoku Sakenomi Ondo” was used, everyone had to find beer and drink it.

Yasu Urano told the audience that this year’s Beer Garden Week was a great success. He called DDT a great organisation with jam-packed dreams. Urano then went on to beat MIKAMI in a match. MIKAMI afterwards noted that he lost again but will not give up wrestling. He said his dream was to be in DDT when they first ran Sumo Hall. When that was achieved he now had one goal left and that was to keep wrestling no matter what age he is. MIKAMI promised to show a new side of himself at Sumo Hall on 17/8.

Jun Kasai also wore stockings over his head during his match with DJ Nira. After the match Nira announced the name of his one man unit for the DDT Dramatic General Election. His unit is called the Yasu Urano Federation. Since Yasu Urano is already part of a team, Tsurumi Amon corrected it to the Nira Federation. Nira thinks it is a nice idea for him to be the only member of his team.

Tomomitsu Matsunaga is beginning to get into his new title of DDT Sumo Yokozuna. He was using more shoulder blocks and pushing around opponents in his match. He also invited Gota Ihashi to join himself and Michael Nakazawa for the General Election, pointing out that the Golden Storm Riders left him out of their group for the contest. Daisuke Sasaki denied the accusation and even admitted he now likes Ihashi a little bit. Ihashi said he liked being in the Golden Storm Riders but then gave Sasaki a German Suplex. He wants to be the best but felt he was being buried when he was with the Storm Riders. He will now get to show his true ability with Matsunaga & Nakazawa! Their new unit is called Leaders Thinking and they are the “Darkness Heroes who do not get the spotlight everyday!”

A 4 man tournament was announced to determine the next KO-D Openweight Title challenger. Keisuke Ishii, Akito, Konosuke Takeshita and Tetsuya Endo will take part. The wrestlers were chosen because they are all in their 20s or younger. The semi finals take place in Kasukabe on 24th August and the final is in Shinjuku on 31st August. The winner gets his title shot in Osaka on 13th September.

The KO-D Tag Team Titles will next be defended on the 24/8 Kasukabe show.

DDT will be releasing their own Kewpie dolls of Kota Ibushi, HARASHIMA and Danshoku Dino.

Maria spoke briefly about U-Ts' injury from yesterday. Herself and the other Millenials will be out for revenge next time they are in the ring with Mochizuki & DK.

PT used brass knuckles to strike Kanda, leading to the DQ for their match. He used them again on Gamma in the next match, forcing another DQ. Kanda returned to the ring. After some arguing an impromptu 6 man tag started.

T-Hawk also talked about U-T, revealing his injury to be a broken jaw. He put all the other units on notice, that the Millenials and their strong lucha were out for blood. Tanizaki ignored everything he said, and once again called out Flamita. Once again, he was reminded that Flamita was back in Mexico...

Hulk & co celebrated their tournament win. They called out the Triangle Gate champions for a confrontation. Doi said that there would be an ambulance at the ready in case one of the old timers Hulk was teaming with had a medical problem. The topic changed to the Korakuen handicap Dream Gate match. Doi promised that a new champion from MAD BLANKEY would be crowned. Hulk disagreed, and said that We Are Team Pantalons would surely take the Triangle Gate to make him a double champion. Doi said his 15 minutes of fame, along with the entire BxB Story would be coming to an end at Korakuen.

We Are Team Pantalons closed things out with the usual speech of thanks and disagreements over their temporary team name.

The contract signing for the main event was held at the start of the show. Doi said the fans were incredibly rude for booing him so loudly. He reminded Hulk of the rules of the main event. If Mondai Ryu scored the pin, he would become champion and send the promotion into utter turmoil. Mondai Ryu hoped fans were looking forward to seeing him with the title. Hulk vowed to defend his title, even up against these stupid rules Doi put him against.

Tanizaki attacked Maria after match two. He once again demanded Flamita come out. He once again had to be reminded that Flamita had returned to Mexico. With no champion to veto it, Tanizaki took the opportunity to name himself the #1 contender to the Brave Gate. Tanizaki said he would be ready for a fight at any time. Fujii questioned his resolve on that, and when Tanizaki said yes, Fujii told Maria, Shimizu, & Hayashi to attack him!

YAMATO celebrated the "win" that PT gave them. He said Tozawa & Takagi lost the Twin Gate belts at Kobe World, while nothing particularly special happened in his Dream Gate title match. Therefore, ME were the weaker team and this may be a good chance to dismantle the entire unit. They went back and forth a bit, setting up a potential all out war between MAD BLANKEY and MONSTER EXPRESS soon. PT then turned his attention to his second target. He called out CIMA! He told CIMA to take a look at his head. The rules CIMA made in jest changed his whole life. However, it was for the better. He went from a dark match regular to MAD BLANKEYs' King of Cheating, Punch Tominga (PT for short). CIMA called him Panties Tominaga, and said he had balls to call him out on show CIMA wasn't even booked for. After some talk and posturing, they agreed to a no disqualification singles match for DANGEROUS GATE.

The Millenials once again put all the other units on notice that they were going to destroy them all with their strong lucha. They talked about U-Ts' injury, which brought out Mochizuki & DK. Mochizuki ripped on the continued poor microphone ability of the Millenials. DK said that as pro wrestlers, they will get injured. There is no need to get so upset over it, especially when up against his jaw breaking homicidal rolling savate and Mocchys' face erasing kicks. Both sides eventually agreed to a Twin Gate title match for DANGEROUS GATE.

Hulk nearly overcame the impossible rules, with some help from his We Are Team Pantaloons friends. Despite gaining two eliminations, he was eventually overwhelmed by the numbers and cheating from MAD BLANKEY. Mochizuki loudly questioned letting a Dream Gate title change under such conditions. Yagi agreed that he wasn't super happy with it, but Hulk agreed to the match so he has to abide by the rules. He still felt uneasy about the result, so instead of officially naming Doi the 21st champion, he is currently only the interim champion. Hulk and Doi will meet in a 1 on 1 rematch at DANGEROUS GATE. A Doi win will make him the 21st champion. A Hulk win will return the title to him, and be considered the 1st defense in his reign as 20th champion. Doi was more than happy with the location. In fact, having sent CIMA to the hospital twice after matches in that spot, he considered himself Mr. Ota-ku. He would use the Muscular Bomb to send Hulk to the hospital.

Hulk was left to close things out. He apologized to the fans for losing, but with their support he will surely get the belt back at Ota-ku.

Rules for match six are as follows:
Eliminations can occur via standard pin, submission, or over the top rope methods. Once a participant is eliminated, he can return to the match when a member of the opposing side is eliminated. For example, Kzy is eliminated. He will wait at ringside until a member of MONSTER EXPRESS is eliminated, at which point he is able to return to the match. If a team has had multiple members eliminated, they are able to choose who revives into the match. Only the captain needs to be beaten to win the match.
